Please join us today as we celebrate the advancement of one of our own, Sir Dekegh, as he moves along his journey and becomes a Roissy Master. It is not always easy to attain such a distinguished level. Join us to congratulate him and hear about his journey from his loyal family and friends

Maitre Dusty Caldera looks out over this wonderful gathering of family and friends "Welcome all my friends and familie and a hearty thank you for joining us today as we celebrate the persistence that Master Dekegh has shown to complete his journey and achieve his full Master tag, and now joins the ranks of the many fine Masters of Roissy Val D'Oise. When a Dominant crosses the threshold, joining the prestigious ranks of the Roissy Val d'Oise Master, it is a serious matter and great cause for celebration."
He clears his throat and continues..speaking a bit louder "The role of Master is not easily attained. After applicants receive their Dominant role and begin work on their path task, it is much like any other journey where one seeks to learn and complete work and yet learn a great deal about themselves and the others around them. They find the others around them, both Dominants and submissives alike teaching one another from their wealth of wisdom. It warms my heart when some of our dominants tell me how their lives have been changed as they work through the training paths here.
"At Roissy Val d'Oise, we believe that being a Master of the Chateau is an achievement to be truly earned through hard effort, education and practical experience exercising new concepts. We ask our Dominants to demonstrate their diligence in learning about our culture here at VdO and BDSM in general, to express their knowledge and understanding of critical components in this lifestyle and to exhibit skill in building creative, enjoyable and erotic scenes with the submissive women in our community.
"As with anything in life, not everyone who begins this journey completes it. Those who do complete it do so because they don't give up, they keep moving forward. Many come here looking for a chance to have good role-play; most that make it through to earn their Master's tag discover much more than that. They discover a chance to learn, or re-learn about themselves and about D/s Relationships and BDSM concepts in a warm, encouraging growing community that takes it's heart from the Story of O.
"Before I turn the floor over to Dekegh and his guest speakers, I wish to present his Master ring that has been made for the Masters of Roissy VDO. So Dekegh, on behalf of Rene, I give this to you as well as one who now joins the ranks of the Masters of the Chateau."
Maitre Dusty Caldera walks over to him, offering him the ring. "We are honored to have you in our community as we are with the rest of our family here. I know that you will continue the hard work you have demonstrated so far as you continue this next part of your journey in our community."
Master Dekegh stands and accepts the gold ring, sliding onto his right hand and clenching his fingers into a fist. He smiles and admires the symbol and nods with pleasure. He looks at the ring, again, smiles "Thank you, Dusty, and thank you all for your warm praise. I am so very pleased so many of you could make this event, I am truly honored by your presence. "
"The first individual I have requested to speak on my behalf is a man who has my utmost admiration and respect. He was kind enough to act as my Mentor as I embarked on my journey through Roissy Val D'Oise.
" I always knew Taylor was a wise and generous man, and he did not disappoint me as he shared his sage advice with me time and again. Many of you know the kind of man Taylor is; honorable, trustworthy, and dependable. He is a paragon of what all dominants should aspire to, and I am humbled he is kind enough to share some thoughts with us tonight. Maitre Taylor, I turn the floor over to you.. "smiles proudly*
Maitre Taylor stands and looks over the audience, "I am glad to be here today to speak as Dekegh's Mentor. It's always encouraging to see one of our Dominants persevere with his path and completes each phase. Dekegh seems to have found a home and has stayed the course in a patient and focused manner. Some time ago, Dekegh and I were having a conversation about Roissy, BDSM, and his path. I explained to him, as I do to many, that we can take a person that has that innate Dominance and teach them how to become a well rounded Master through education and experience, But, what we can't do is create that dominant nature. He was quick to tell me, 'I feel that Dominance and love it.'
"He also went on to tell me something to the effect that he 'craves to be in the presence of female submissives.' " He looks over at Dekegh and says with a thick southern accent, "I'm with ya on that my man." Then smiles wide. "As is expected Dekegh hasn't done everything perfect along the way, but he has no problem with a little critiquing. He has honed his RP skills to better his ability to create more thrilling scenes for the girls. He has become much more, excuse the term, cock sure. All this while remaining patient, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable."
Maitre Taylor turns to make eye contact with the man of the hour, "Dekegh, I look forward watching you grow into this leadership role. It will not always be easy. At some point, a Demoiselle or Sister will approach you wearing panties, what you do with that incomprehensible situation is yours to figure out." He cuts his eyes to the girls for a split second then back to Dekegh. "You have done what it takes to receive that much deserved Master ring and I am proud to be along for the ride. But I must warn you, with this ring also comes raised expectation: Expectations of honor, expectations of trust, expectations of knowledge, and expectations of being much more accurate with a flogger." He smirks and continues.
"Just remember, we may stop growing physically but we can and should continue to grow in knowledge and understanding. Dekegh, Congratulations and its been an honor to be your Mentor."
Master Dekegh stands up again "I always enjoy hearing Taylor speak and I love his southern accent ... I cannot thank you enough for your wise words, Maitre, and I promise I'll do my best. The next person I asked to speak today has been a close friend of mine since the moment we met." He turns and looks at Fae. "We met by accident, my first day in Roissy val D'Oise, thus proving to me that some encounters may very well be preordained. In any case, she has proven to be a loyal friend and an unparalleled confidante. Her commitment to Roissy is inspiring. Her dedication to those around her implacable. I am so pleased she has agreed to stand with me tonight. Fae, If you would be so kind to join us and say a few words?"
Fae heard her name and scrambled inelegantly to her feet, smoothing down ruffled skirts before nodding respectfully to her Master, other members of the admin team, Masters, Sirs, Misses and everyone else .
I have been asked to speak on the behalf of Sir Dek , and don't know quite where to begin, so maybe the beginning is the best place . I had the pleasure of meeting this shy quiet gentleman Dominant very soon after he arrived at Roissy , he was very polite, nicely spoken and definitely respectful , I'm smiling as I look at him remembering that first day when he asked me and Sheri for advice on his hair , and other things ..... her gaze rested on Sir Dek and she continues.
I have been very fortunate in being allowed to call him a friend , I have watched his progress from those early days when he didn't do much, but in the fullness of time his logs were completed and handed in and now we have the confident and well rounded Dominant you see before you today . His Master workshop was extraordinary , a fantastic play-let on the effects of jealousy from the Dominants perspective , well written, evocative and thought provoking . The tearoom was crowded and the question session, long .
I was surprised and touched when he asked me to assist him with his final , and what an event that was , he pushed, taunted and otherwise pressed his advantage to get me to prove my submission in all sorts of ways . The "story" he had come up with was clever, precise and well executed , covering several hours and leaving me drained but happy and even more convinced that Sir Dek is indeed very worthy of his Master's tag .
Fae stands looking around at the assembled guests thoughtfully then continued speaking "there are some who treat getting their tags rather lightly , Sir Dek is not one of those, he has worked hard , albeit under the radar at times and now today he has arrived at this momentous landmark in his path and I couldn't be more pleased for him .
She turns to him and smiles, "I give you the newest Roissy Master, Master Dek !
Master Dekegh stands up, a little bit nervous, looks around at the gathered friends, the family of Roissy, and can’t help but smile. "Thank you Fae for that wonderful speech, and for all the support you have shown me throughout my stay at Roissy. And, thank you Dusty for the kind words and support you have shown throughout my progress here, in this beautiful sim. But first of all, I should thank our benefactor, Rene for his vision and this wonderful sim he has created for our family.
“A special thanks to Taylor for his mentoring and support throughout my path; he has been a good friend and a great guide who is always available to help and to instruct.”
He looks at the kneeling beauty to his left, and smiles, nodding his head “and you fae, how should I thank you? You have been my guide and support since day one, and I wouldn’t have reached this stage without your solid support.” He turns to the gathered friends, and pauses a moment, gathering his thoughts and trying to remember all the friends and famille who contributed to his success, most present, some long gone, takes a deep breath and continues.
“I came to Roissy Val D’Oise when I was only 57 days old, and an absolute newbie to SL; I had my original newbie skin, and looked like a high school kid, with unkempt hair, and an outfit that didn’t quiet fit. My oldest friend in SL, Sally, brought me here, knowing full well, that this place is where I belonged, and she was right. Thank you Sally for your guidance and help.
“On my first visit here, I started exploring and walking around. Reaching the Chateau, I saw a gathering in the garden with people dancing and a singer on the stage. I walked into the crowd, and someone caught my eye immediately.” He smiles to himself, nods and continues. “this beautiful blonde in a business suit and eyeglasses was at the other end of the garden, and was dancing alone. I walked towards her, and IM’d her, not knowing if it was proper for me to do so, because her tag said ‘host’”
“It turned out this sexy girl was fae, and true to her calling, she offered to help, gave me a tour of the sim, helped me get my application submitted, and as they say, the rest is history”. By the time my 60th day arrived, which allowed me to become an intern, I had already sat in a few workshops, and within a few days, I think 5 or 6 days, I got my dom tag. After that, the sim opened up for me completely, and I started to understand the meaning of “famille” our family, and what it encompassed. “
“Every morning I would arrive at the landing area, and be greeted by friends and family, Sweet would be there on her way to work, and ready to help in anyway she could. When I needed a scene for my log, Sweet was there; I think about half the scenes or assignments I had for my log were with Sweet. A true sister of Roissy, who is always ready to serve. Thank you Sweet for all your help.”
“The day I became a dom, I got my new skin, with the help of my friends (including Sheri, who I see kneeling in the audience) thank you Sheri, for all you've done."
" I also got new outfits to go with it, for which bri volunteered with her great taste and fashion sense. At the time, I didn’t even know the alpha from the beta of outfits. But now, the way I looked, people thought I couldn’t be only a couple of months old, but maybe an alt. I usually respond by telling them, I’m just lucky to have good friends who are ready to help. Thank you bri for all your help, and for taking part in one of my important scenes.”
“I took my time in completing the tasks for my log, because I was enjoying the journey. I was watching and learning, and made sure I would attend as many workshops as I could, even those that I had seen more than once. I learned a lot from the workshops; Taylor’s emoting workshop was very valuable, and of course he trained me on collar use, and gave me pointers on how to behave in Roissy. He was of great help when I was working on my workshop and final. Thank you again Taylor.”
“When the time came for completing my final tasks, and my workshop, I had been at Roissy for a few months, and was getting a bit frustrated; needed to “re-group. Somehow my friends saw that I needed help and stepped in. Malana, Harley and fae, stood with me like my guardian angels and helped me move forward, and get things done.”

He looks around, smiles and continues “I completed preparing my workshop with Dusty’s invaluable help, and presented it to our famille. Those of you present will remember the workshop “Love and Jealousy in BDSM, a Dominant’s Perspective” which was in a “play” format, and Dusty had a major role in it.”
“Thank you Maitre, I couldn’t have done it without you!!”
Dusty Caldera smiles. "That was a lot of fun"
"yes if was, and if the audience didn't notice, I think Dusty changed outfits when he changed roles in the play :)"
"You've got to look like the part!"
“Of course, no log is complete without the dreaded final, and the time had come for me to do it. Among all my friends and famille, I had to pick a sister that would be my partner in that final The first name that came to mind was the first person I met here; I asked Taylor for his approval, he agreed and it fell on fae to be my submissive for the final scene.” He looks at Taylor, and fae, smiles, takes a deep breath and continues “the agreed upon day and time arrived and we met at the Chateau, but…”
“I got cold feet; I didn’t say anything, but fae read it at once, and veered me to safety; we decided to postpone it a week; the following week all worked perfectly, and finally, my log was complete. Thank you fae, for being there for me whenever I needed you, and for your dedication to your friends and to Roissy. You’re an asset to this community and now, I stand here with my friends and famille, a Master with the ring that goes with the title, a ring that I will wear with pride."
“Finally, I would like to extend my thanks to my other friends that I haven’t mentioned yet, but who have been part of my life here in Roissy, a list that is not all inclusive, but those that I don’t remember, please forgive me.
