His fingers sweeping fine particles of lint from his double breasted coat Maitre Thomas addressed those present welcoming everyone to the ceremony.

W E L C O M I N G   D O M I N A N T

"Welcome all my friends and a hearty thank you for joining us this morning as we celebrate the perseverance that Jeff has shown to complete his journey and achieve his full Master tag, and now joins the ranks of the many fine asters of Roissy Val D'Oise.

"Jeff's path has been long journey, that was interrupted by that real life thing, but he returned worked with remarkable dedication to finishing his Masters Path.

"After Dom interns receive their Dominant role and begin work on their path task, it is much like any other journey where one seeks to learn and complete work and yet learn a great deal about themselves and the others around them. They find the others around them, both Dominants and submissives alike. teaching one another from their wealth of wisdom.

"True, most Dom Interns are a little anxious to be scening with our lovely submissives, but it is journey of learning the path is all about. The scening is certainly is the cream on the top so to speak

"At Roissy Val d'Oise, we believe that being a Master of the Chateau is an achievement to be truly earned through hard effort, education and practical experience exercising new concepts. We ask our Dominants to demonstrate their diligence in learning about our culture here at VdO and BDSM in general, to express their knowledge and understanding of critical components in this lifestyle and to exhibit skill in building creative, enjoyable and erotic scenes with the submissive women in our community."

T H E   C O N F E R M E N T

"As with anything in  this life, not everyone who begins this journey completes it. Those who do complete it do so because they don't give up, they keep moving forward. Many come here looking for a chance to have good role-play; most that make it through to earn their Master's tag discover much more than that. They discover a chance to learn, or re-learn about themselves and about D/s Relationships and BDSM.  concepts in a warm, encouraging growing community that takes it's heart from the Story of O.  Jeff is prime example, he was steadfast in his goal, working the tasks over period of time,

 "Jeff, Please stand my brother", digs in my suit pocket, and finds the custom made Roissy Masters ring.

Thomas smiles, inspecting the shiny gold ring that means everything to a Dominant at Roissy Val d'Oise, and looks at Jeff, " I wish to present your Master ring that has been made for the Masters of Roissy VDO.  Jeff on behalf of Rene, I give this to you as well as one who now joins the ranks of the Masters of the Chateau.".

Thomas walks over to him, offering him the ring. "We are honored to have you in our community as we are with the rest of our family here. I know  that you will continue the hard work you have demonstrated so far as you continue this next part of your journey in our community."

The ring placed into Jeff's cupped hands, his shoulders squared, proud in this acomplishment.  The ring slipped easily onto his finger "It seems to fit well".

P R O P R I E T I E R E ' S   C O N F E R M E N T

After welcoming Jeff as the newest Roissy Master, our proprietor Maitre René stood, his smile broad, offering these words:

"How happy I am to see you all come in support of Jeff at his Master's Ceremony

"It pleases me to see the level of caring support and unity  of our famille as our members reach the end of a path level.

"As with all of the paths here at Roissy, none  are not without their usual challenge.s

"The path of a Master carries also a great responsibility as we direct our submissisves  who looks to us for their safety

Rene asked Master Jeff to stand, extending his hand and shaking firmly, expressing his happiness and pride. 

"Jeff, my friend  I congratulate you on your achievement and know you will continue to build  unity while being an active and supportive member

"By achieving this honored title of  a Roissy ValD'Oise  Master you now  become a  role model for the other  Dominants who are working to achieve this status.

"You have supported our submissives in their tasks and logs and this has not gone unseen,  I offer to you my thanks in sincerity."

F I N A L   S C E N E   S I S T E R

Xanadu rose to speak. "Greetings Maitre Rene Maitre Thomas .. Maitres Masters Mistress Sirs Misses and Ladies.

"I will begin by saying this .. it is always an honor to be chosen to be a finals Sister.

 "To become a task sister to a Dominant for their finals .. as they are tested both in their strengths and weaknesses .. just as we submissives are in our finals with our Maitres .. is indeed an honor.

"But it is with regrets that Sister Beauti could not be with us today .. so in her place I will share a bit about Him"  .. smiled first to Master Jeff and then to Maitre Thomas .

"Today we honor today is a very special person .. Master Jeff has not changed since our first meeting.. which was at a dance here in Roissy ".. chuckles "Devil or Angel was the event can yall imagine who was whom?"

"I can attest that Master Jeff it is exactly what he is.. you get just what you see .. and He's more then just tall ..hes a man with true convictions and loyal to his friends.

"Master Jeff was already knowledgeable in the ways of being a Dominant before coming here .. but he wanted to continue learning just as we all do when we join.

"Many of us experience times in rl where we have to step back .. but it takes dedication to return and complete what you have started, I have seen his growth and I have also seen that He is always willing to assist any one on their path.. doing scenes .. a discussion or simply just talking ... just as any loyal member of our community should.

"I am so pleased to have this honor to finally get to call you Master .. Congratulations Master Jeff."

M A S T E R   S P E E C H

Jeff rose and addrssd th crowd. "Hello everyone I want to thank you all for being here to support me."

"When I first came to Roissy, I was bored and knew Cat was DJing. I thought at the .... I'll go to her set so asked for a tp, she told me it was a themed event, so I grabbed some things, threw the outfit  together then showed up.

"I am not sure who I landed on at first, but at the time SL was sending me across sims if I hit a button.  I moved slightly to get my bearings there and I suddenly  went flying across Roissy landing up on the side of a hill, laughs.

"I cammed around, jumped back up to where I thought  Roissy rooftop was, unfortunately landing on Poor Aimee,s head.  I think I gave her a concussion that night!

"Xana had seen me and suggested i needed a group tag . She then told me how to  find the solo dances.   I thanked her but thought No no I am not touching anything I might go flying again!  She then kindly asked if I would dance with her so I did. I told her she would have to use the menu  or I would go someplace not knowing where I would end up.   That was my first visit at Roissy.

"I popped in and wandered around a bit for a week or two before i applied to join the Dom path. A couple of weeks went by and then Thomas contacted me for my Interview.  I remember at the time not knowing what to expect and also being half  a sleep since it was my bed time, but everything payed off in the end and here I am and have been here ever since.

"At this time I was working a 12 hour day on 3 hours of sleep the next day but it was ok because I was finally an official member here at Roissy.

"Like everyone else my first couple of months here was spent finding my way around and  attending works shops. I was copying and saving all I attended only to  find I had ones I didnt actually need. Xana came to the rescue scheduling the ones I did need so I could get  them completed.  Thanks Xana!

"The Landing point was like a hang out. There was always someone there.  Debs or Dems all  looking to give a tour a serve or chore for someone.  Ideal place to get things going for your log.

"At first the serves and chores were kinda bland.  Those who know me know I tend to be short with some words and blunt on what I say but over time I learned to make them more interactive and to throw some curves in there to make them more interesting and just not a task . Hopefully I also made them more pleasant and fun for the subs and for me.

"I learned as I went along that you should take time to talk to someone.   Don't say hello and talk a little then think oh yes lets  do a scene or have sex. There is much more to it and the Core to how Roissy is. We all should think about how our actions, the way we hold and conduct our selves  effect and impact upon this place we have all grown to love.

"One day I was sitting in a Work shop and saw Taylor sitting there. So I contacted him and asked if he would mind being my Mentor.  He agreed and after that we talked now and again. He allowed me to go at my own pace. I never was in a big rush. Then like a lot of us we get computer issues that slows our progress along.

"Taylor has been there if I needed him, but for the most part I left him alone until my log was almost completed. I think Taylor will agree that I then became a real  pain.  laughs!.   I will say he is a Mentor who wants you to succeed and be the best you can be.  He will help and direct you and want you to do better, to get the max out of you.

"As I went a long I am glad I didn't rush.  So many seem to be in a big hurry and miss the point or don't grasp what they should. I say slow down absorb take things in and you will grow and become a better you.

Smiles "I kept my scenes to the very last.  It took me a bit to wrap my mind around some of them .. but I finally got them completed.    The girls that helped me were great and really helped the scenes flow .. I want to thank them for doing such a great job and working with me to help complete them.

"I started My workshop way back in 2017. I had the idea and had written a lot but it needed a lot more work more depth. I rewrote it  tweaked it and tweaked it again.  One person who is dear to me told me to make it like a story so it's fun and keeps people interested in it .  I think that was great advice. The more we are able to hold others attention the better it is.

"For some it seems discouraging and the wait for some thing always seems to take for ever.  But think about the journey getting there.  The one interesting thing about being on SL is hours can seem like days and days feel like weeks, then weeks like months so be patient.

"At last I was ready for my final scene.  I was assigned Beauti to help me. I wanted it to be fun with transition from one thing to the next so it flowed. I didn't want it to seem like it was just doing certain tasks. I hope I succeeded in doing so. We met and talked and discussed what we would do. Finding ways to stretch her limits keep the trust we built up while finding different ways to conquer her fears while making everything pleasurable for each other. I have to say she provide to be an exceptional submissive  whom I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with. Thank you Beauti!

"As I move up to the next level I hope I have learned enough to show an example to and continue to be an example to others. I know more responsibility will be bestowed upon me . I welcome it, as shall we all because working together and helping each other is how we grow learn and develop as individuals for a greater experience. I hope to pass on to new submissives and Dominants the knowledge and understanding I have learned, that  its ok to say hi, its ok  to ask for help and that as we move through our roles we are  open and willing to help others learn as we have.

"Everyone is here to help and guide, its what makes Roissy family the best. Remember we were all new to this lifestyle once. To the new people don't rush it you gain nothing by it.  You will absorb more at a slower pace and grow and learn more about your self, your wants and needs, your likes and dislikes as individuals.

"Thank you all for being here. I think I have rambled long enough smiles.  I will now pass the floor back to Thomas."

"Thank you Jeff, for your supportive words and dedication to Roissy. 'Domination & the  Dynamics of being a Dominant' was his workshop, and it was very good. Impressive that he worked out and resumed it finished after two years."

Our Proprietor Maitre Rene turned towards Master Jeff. "Jeff your words were honest and truthful. I can relate to them and can see how sincere you are and that you have made a commitment to our community

"It is with Dominants like you that will hold the basis of this community together. It take  us all not just 2 or 3 to be sure we main strong.

"Again I thank you for your dedication to Roissy Vdo."

S U M M A R Y   A N D   T O A S T

A roaring crowd offers their support to Master Jeff.  When the congratulations die down Maitre Thomas stands and offers a toast of the finest Dom Perignon. 

Raises my glass...pausing, .."Congratulations Jeff, we are all proud of you, I look forward to you supporting Roissy in your new Role as Master here"

Jeff responds, "thank you again for your kind words  I hope we all can grow and make it a better place  and leave our own marks to help  your vision you have had for here to make it grow to what your have visioned."

Thomas turns to Rene, "I also wish to take the opportunity to also thank you for providing al of this for us, for having the vision to bring us all together,  we are a large diverse group with many things to share, and It warms my heart for  having all of this to share with each and everyone.

"Thank you all for joining us here, to celebrate with  Jeff.  You are all dismissed now to go celebrate, Cheers again Jeff !"
