Llarik's Master Ceremony

On the 17th of June Master Llarik was formally given his new title of Master among family and friends at the Chateau Patio. After much hard work, this fine man was recognized for his effort. Usually a solemn ceremony Llarik in his usual form added both his personal insights and levity which has made him so dear to all of us.

Welcoming Dominant
     Thomas: Welcome all my friends and a hearty thank you for joining us this morning as we celebrate the perseverance that Llarik has shown to complete his journey and achieve his full Master tag, and now joins the ranks of the many fine Masters of Roissy Val D'Oise.
     After applicants are approved and receive their Dominant role and begin work on their path task, it is much like any other journey where one seeks to learn and complete work and yet learn a great deal about themselves and the others around them. Others around them, both Dominants and submissive alike teach one another from their wealth of wisdom is one of the best things about our home..our VDO 2017.
      At Roissy Val D'Oise, we believe that being a Master of the Chateau is an achievement to be truly earned through hard effort, education and practical experience exercising new concepts. We ask our Dominants to demonstrate their diligence in learning about our culture here at VdO and BDSM in general, to express their knowledge and understanding of critical components in this lifestyle and to exhibit skill in building creative, enjoyable and erotic scenes with the submissive women in our community.
      Not everyone who begins this journey completes it. Those who do complete it do so because they don't give up, they keep moving forward. Persistence counts ! Many come here looking for a chance to have good role-play; most that make it through to earn their Master's tag discover much more than that. They discover a chance to learn, or re-learn about themselves and about D/s Relationships and BDSM concepts in a warm, encouraging growing community that takes it's heart from the Story of O.
     Before I turn the floor over to Dekegh and his guest speakers, I wish to present his Master ring that has been made for the Masters of Roissy VDO. "So Llarik, on behalf of Rene, I give this to you as well as one who now joins the ranks of the Masters of the Chateau.".
      Llarik reaches to Thomas and takes the ring and slides it on. Not one to wear much jewelry, wears it with honor
      Thomas: "We are honored to have you in our community as we are with the rest of our family here. I know that you will continue the hard work you have demonstrated so far as you continue this next part of your journey in our community."
     Thomas shakes his hand.

      I wish to ask My longest friend in VdO venna to say a little something.
     Venna smiles And stands straightening my gown. Turn to Master Llarik and smiles.
     "What can I say about this man? From the first moment I met him I knew he was going to be trouble with a capital T. I remember the very first time we met. I was sweeping up leaves in the Garden for Maitre Nol in a dowdy green coat and Wellies.   He kept getting in the way of my sweeping and chatting to me and so I couldn't get the leaves swept up quick enough for Maitre Nol.
     Since then we have had some great laughs together. he has been my stalwart, my buddy my friend and I love him to bits. He is an amazing man. He makes you think about what BDSM really is and when you scene with him...smiles. Well Ladies thats for you to find out.
     He deserves the accolade and the title Master. Thank you for being a wonderful Dominant and an amazing friend

     Dusty Caldera slowly stands, offering a hearty congratulatory handshake to Llarik as I rise, proud to speak up for this fine dominant man..."Congratulations, Llarik" then turns to face the audience gathered together here for the celebration
     Greetings to all gathered here today to celebrate the completion of Master Llarik's dominance training and the advancement to his new role as a Roissy Master. Llarik Joined our community as far back as November 2015. He came to us with a strong background in role-play in both text-only and virtual environments. I have observed his Exemplary role-play skills to which I'm sure would thrill most any submissive fortunate enough to do a scene with him.     Glances over to him "Llarik was one of my first mentees He is a principled Master, disciplined and unswayed by popular opinion, well-schooled in dominant/submissive poly relationships. He has great aspirations to which we all should aspire."
     He was accompanied to our community by his lovely submissives (Pretty, Ra'naa and Nagi) seeking a better virtual life and role-play in a more sophisticated environment such as our community offers.
    Llarik has always impressed me as a man that knows what he wants and goes after it. He consistently displays the fine characteristics of a truly dominant man, exercising patience, wisdom and good judgment in all of his decisions.
     Smiles at all the lovely ladies in the front row "He guides each submissive, often with a simple look or gesture, tempered with kindness and authority as he seeks to satisfy both of their desires during his role-play."
     Llarik diligently worked through his training path requirements, as time permitted, with weeks stretching into months and months into a year. However, he never lost sight of his goal, always striving to maintain his presence among us and continue working and learning as he enjoyed the many amenities and members of our wonderful group.
      Llarik successfully completed his initiation requirements by participating in the initiations for both Mira on 12/27/2015 and Anjelie on 3/13/2016.....Two lovely ladies that have since gone on to other opportunities.
     Llarik is a strong believer in the polyamorous aspect of our community, allowing his submissives to enjoy their submissive path training as well.

     He's not afraid of the classroom either and loves to pass on his knowledge. His command of the audience during his interactive Master's workshop on the history, background and the 12 pillars that support a Polyamorous lifestyle was followed with a lively discussion as the topic was thoroughly explored by many in the group. This workshop was well-received and enlightened many as to the advantages of a successful polyamorous lifestyle.
      Dusty Caldera turns to him....."I'm sure we could all learn a thing or two about that aspect of our lifestyle"
     Dusty Caldera turns back to his family and friends gathered together "Llarik's strengths lie in his intelligence, extensive and imaginative role-play experience providing a warm, inviting and involved environment for many a scene. He very much enjoys building the scene and then languishing in it as the scene plays out."
     Consider yourself fortunate if you've had the opportunity To watch his role-play.
     His Master's Final Scene was played out for FIVE hours with our lovely "O" Xanadu on 5/29/17. He took control with precise direction, laying the groundwork for the scene and held her attention the entire time, displaying an expert handling of every situation, despite connection issues.

     I believe that Llarik has clearly demonstrated his ability to exercise his dominant nature to the community, and over a submissive, in so many ways. He has shown precise control and authority leading a submissive with kindness and gentleness as well to create a wonderful experience to treasure.
     It has been a great pleasure to be his mentor during his training.. I want to thank each member of the community that has assisted me in providing him the instruction and guidance that he has needed as he worked his way through our training program.
     Llarik will make a fine addition to our community as a Roissy Master, providing expert, knowledge, solid guidance and clear direction as well as the voice of reason for many of those following him.
     Dusty Caldera turns to Llarik, "It is with pride that I call you my brother, Master Llarik...."

Submissive Words

     Llarik offers My hand to Pretty....
     Pretty clears her throat, her hand stretched to his, she unfolds her legs to stand tall.
     With a warm smile she stands fondly looking to Master Llarik with loving eyes, she turns from him, and faces the crowd with a step forward. "Bear with me, I did not have a speech prepared so I will speak from my heart, and quickly as I tell you about how much this man has changed my life"
     Pretty looks to him briefly for a moment and a smile curves her lips. " You know why I smile a lot, it's because of this man and how much he has showed me how to be his loving submissive, his slut" she clears her throat with a blush heightening her color at the word slut." His girl and most importantly his woman...He is the epitome of man, a Master, a Dominate, and confidant to his full house." she chuckles.     Pretty with a nod in acknowledgment to Kai, the newest addition to his household with a knowing smile.
     "It's been a pleasure to serve his house as one of his longest kept girls, and along with my sister Ra'naa, some might ask how does one keep a gaggle of girls for so long, and happy, well all you have to do is look to his example. my Master" again, she sweeps across the crowd as if she was speaking to everyone. " I want to thank you for the time you have given to me tell you how I feel, and the opportunity that this community has given us to live the lifestyle here with patient friends who understand the lifestyle. There is nothing like this community in SL, and I am so glad my Master has brought his household here." she looks over her shoulder once more. "I hope that each and every girl at one time or another gets to experience the Master Llarik in their time here" she teasingly adds as she turns and wait got his approval to return his to his side.
     Llarik kisses her forehead..   thank you My dear pretty, I am sorry I didn't give you more time to prepare.
     "Always keeping a girl on her toes" she chuckles as she thankfully takes her seat once again.

Sister Words
     Llarik turns to the lovely "O" "Xan My Finals sister.?" "Do you have anything to add?"
      Hearing her name she stood then greeted .. Maitre Thomas Maitre Dusty, Master Llarik, Venna Pretty .. and those present
     "It is always an honor to be chosen and approved by the Dominant Supervisor" .. smiled to Maitre Thomas then faced the audience .. "to become a task sister to a Dominant for their finals .. It is a humbling experience .. knowing you are a part as they are tested both in their strengths and weaknesses .. just as we submissives are in our Sister finals."
     Xanadu smiled to Maitre Dusty .. "As i recall i was your finals sister as well .. so im sure you were not too shocked ".. smiled .. then moved forward
     "Our Honoree is a very gentile and good hearted Master who will guide you and adjust to meet the needs of the submissive He is with .. although sensitive and caring .. He is a strong Dominate with much inner ability and strength.
     Dusty Caldera nods and smiles..."You were indeed my dear"
     "Although through his time here we have only visited lightly .. greeting in passing . Recently we then took the better part of this month to be together and learn about each other .. which then progressed to doing my part in his finals. "
    "I knew of several of His scenes and pretty much thought i knew what to expect in his finals .. but .. i will leave the rest for y'all to venture too.. with Him " .. turned as she smiled to Him.
     "I will add if you pay attention to the workshops our Dominants and submissives present you will get an additional insight of the person and their interests. Master Llarik's workshop was on " Polyamory" .. smiles .. need i say more?"
     "In closing .. i will add also .. to insure a relaxed relationship here .. it always helps for both the Dominates and submissives to take the time to reach forward to others ...especially to our Interns and Debutantes .. as some maybe feeling unsure of their new place here in our community and offer to assist in whatever way you can." Turned and smiled to Master Llarik then looked to Maitre Thomas .. Maitre Thomas.. i am very humbled to officially submit my recommendation for Master Llarik to become an Honored .. Master of Roissy Val D' Oise.
     Returned to her cushion .. next to Master Llarik .. knelt then offered a sincere smile up to Him...
     Thomas smiles., "Let me introduce, our New Master. Llark, your public awaits your words."

Llarik Speech
     Llarik: I have a short little speech..... pulls out My notes
     Llarik: First I'd like to thank the Academy   and My producer.     oh wait.. wrong speech
      I read a few of the other ceremonies, and it seems that it is appropriate to give a little summary of My history here.
     I was invited to VdO by a friend, sherryjoy, who thought I might fit in..   It was for she that I wrote the chore I have used with several debs. - she and several other debutantes have done a lovely job with it.. and I enjoy having them feel a little reminder that even as a debutante - they are subs.
     So I took a "Sabbatical" from my Gorean home..   and I am still here.
     Since My gorean roots - it has been hard to hear the phrase "Sir Llarik" I look for My horse, a round table and Sir Hector, Sir Kay, and Sir Percival" That has been a great incentive for Me to complete this leg of the path!
     I took My time getting through the path, RL and other things intervening. Sadly, A number of the people who became friends have moved on.
     My first "light RP" in the cafe was with Gretel. Together we tried to work with a deb that did not understand the concept of Roleplay and emoting." It is good to see her here for Me, thank you My friend.
     I then decided to bring My girls here as part of the program.. Thinking we would completed it fairly quickly and then decide if we would stay here... Real life has kept all of my "homestone" family from being able to spend a lot of time on the sim.
     My girls decorated a beautiful Chateau for Me which many of you have done Me the honor of visiting. It used to be a short walk from Samois house, sadly the island has moved..
     It has provided a sanctuary for Me and mine
     I need to include special thanks to Trot who helped Me prepare for My first initiation.   Mira, My first initiate.   Venna My longest friend here.
      The lovely dems, sisters, and Maitre's who helped Me complete my log. And especially Dusty, My mentor (JC was briefly My mentor, but is no longer part of VdO. Dusty had to deal with My style of writing My workshop which consisted of an outline with My plans to fill in the rest extemporaneously.. This made it look like a VERY short workshop. But I believe it came together. The workshop was on Polyamory and how to make it work. We all have our own views on how to make the Sim better.   I hope I was able to bring about a little better understanding on the concept of Compersion.

     And finally, a special thank you to the sister who I barely knew, who agreed to assist Me in My finals. Thank you,, Xan, for helping to make the Finals a joy and not a chore... well when her connection will cooperate!
      There are others that I have had the pleasure of calling friend even if we have not directly had scenes..... and I thank you for the conversations.
      I look forward to continuing My sabbatical and learning more about a side of BDSM into which I had not previously delved.   It is my hope that I can continue to learn.. and continue to work with others as we all come here to enjoy the pleasures of SL and learn a little more about ourselves      Puts His notes away.
