The afternoon was surrounded by the sounds of Mother Nature as we gathered on the Chateau Patio. Many were gathered all dominates were sitting and all submissives were kneeling. The evening sky was still a lovely shade of blue. The time was 5 pm on the Monday afternoon of April 28th. It was a beautiful day for a Master to celebrate his day.
The chatter was low, soft, and respectful as others began to come to the come in and take their places. I (Vette) knelt in the middle to Maître Rene's Left, the new Master to my right.

Maître Chronos stood welcoming and thanking everyone for coming to celebrate with Master Marcus as he joined in the ranks of Master on his special day. Maître Chronos continues as he explained, as many of you know, or might not know, after applicants receive their Dominant tag and begin work on their log of task, it is much like any other journey where one seeks to learn and complete work and yet learn a great deal about themselves and the others around them. They find the others around them, both Dominants and submissives alike teaching one another from their store of wisdom.
"With anything in life, not everyone who begins this journey completes it. Those who do complete it do so because they don't give up, they keep moving forward. "Marcus, has turned in his log, and successfully completed his final task along with his teaching assignment, so tonight we are here to celebrate what he has accomplished in his time here and his commitment to role play, and to welcome him to the ranks of the Masters of the Chateau."
"Marcus we want to congratulate you for your hard work and effort that you have put into your time here so far at Roissy VDO.....at this time I am going to ask Rene to speak as well."
Maître Rene stood and glanced about the Patio, I noticed a smile on his face as he begin speaking. I want to thank all the wonderful people who work hard to make our great community what it is. Marcus is just one of many. And this evening it is him who we celebrate. Many of you have been celebrated in the past, and I see many more who will have their special day in the future. Our community depends on all of you working together to make this community the best. The journey is one like many others. Whether it be graduating from school, college, or any other accomplishment it is one that takes great effort, so we commend Marcus this evening.
I saw many smiles glowing at Maître Rene and Master Marcus as words were spoken. As Maître Rene sat down, Maître Chronos stood again. His words resonated in my ears as I begin to feel a bit nervous. "At this time I am going to ask Vette to speak in recommendation of Marcus since Vette was the sister that did Marcus' final with him......Vette"
I thanked Maître Chronos as I slowly stood from kneeling. I glanced around the room and paused as I looked at all the friends and family, seeing the many bright smiles.
I spoke, Masters, Mistress, sisters and family, and I give this recommend of Sir Marcus to Master Marcus with strong feelings. : He has completed all task including the final, which was with a sister and that sister being me. He fulfilled all the requirements of the final task including a sexual act (blushes) and his ability to awaken senses.
We met several times and discussed things getting to know more about each other before we attempted the scene.
His attention and aftercare was very much devoted to me the submissive and my condition. His concern was if I was okay and that was asked several days in a row afterwards. I was not left to drop alone in the midst of darkness.
I have no doubts that he will make a wonderful Master and as time goes past a very good Maître. He understands the sim rules, abides and follows them to the best of abilities. He has stepped up in time of need. He has shown and proven he is a strong dominate.
He excelled with a wonderful and informative workshop. Master Marcus has proven his abilities as a guide to submissive girls, time and time again. He is always willing and giving of his time and dedication. And very self-disciplined. He knows when to hold and when to fold or in my case bind, laughs. Maître Rene and Maître Chronos, we have a fine dominate added in our family with his addition to Master. Master Marcus I wish you the best in all your endeavors as you continue to grow and learn along beside the rest of us. Our home is where we learn and without Maître Rene many of us would not have a home such as this and a family to call ours. Thank you Maître Rene for the home and family you have given each of us. Thank you Master Marcus for asking me to speak on your behalf, smiles.
I turn and face Maître Rene and Maître Chronos as I slowly kneel, noticing there nods of approval.
Maître Chronos spoke again as he stood before the gathered friends and family. "Marcus on behalf of Rene on your accomplishment of joining the Masters of the Chateau at Roissy VDO, I present you with the new Master's Ring made for our sim......take the time everyone to congratulate Marcus as he will introduce his guest now to speak on his behalf."
Many congratulations filled the room as we saw Master Marcus as he gazed affectionately at all the smiling faces of friends and family feeling their honor knowing they were here in presence to share in his celebration day.
Master Marcus stood saying, before I speak, I would like to introduce 2 friends who have graciously offered to say a few words on my behalf. I am honored to know them and to share a bond with them through this community. Please give a warm welcome to Kurt, to be followed by Aisha. And thank you to Vette for your warm recommendation my dear.
First Sir Kurt stood and spoke words of his friend and fellow dominate. “This evening we honor Marcus who has worthily earned the title Master of Roissy VdO. There are many things that impress me about Marcus but I'd like to talk about two of them. First his loyalty to his friends. Marcus has always made me feel like I was a good friend. We all need friends and we all need friends like Marcus. He always makes me feel like I am important, that he appreciates me and the things I do for him, and yet, I do very little, not as much as he does for me. It shows a maturity in a man who can make others feel better by being in his presence and sharing time together. It shows that he understands and lives the values that this community strives to nurture and uphold. There has not been a time that I have spoken to him but that he shows an interest in me and appreciation for our friendship. To me, these things mean a lot. I feel happier and more confident and in turn I am nicer to others, feel more confident and perform that much better. I have a feeling that we are all here because in some way Marcus has touched each of you as well. Today we celebrate not only a Master but a great friend and member of the family of Roissy VdO.
"Now for the second thing, of many, that impresses me. His willingness to help out whenever asked. In the early days of the United States, a group of dedicated patriots stood ready to perform at a minute's notice. They came to be known as "Minute Men".
Marcus is like those men, one of the Minute Men of Roissy VdO, and I'm not referring to his staying power, I have no knowledge of that. I refer to his willingness to serve along with his superior ability to serve. It takes confidence in oneself and a dedication to the principles of Roissy VdO to stand up in any given situation when asked and say, "Yes, I will do it," with confidence and with a smile. And he has always performed superbly. “So to you Marcus, I salute you, your preparation, your accomplishments, your dedication, and the example you are to this community. Your title of Master is not only well earned but very well deserved. I only ask that since you are always UP for a scene, you not wear all of the girls out, but leave some for us.” Congratulations Marcus!!!!
The Demoiselle Aisha stood smiling at Master Marcus and then rest of the wonderful community gathered as she drew in a long breath. “When I was a new Debutante, Sir Marcus was one of first to help me with my path. From that first serve, I connected to Him and he made me feel comfortable. He is sweet, caring always concerned for those involved. But do not let His demeanor fool you ladies He can be stern and deal the punishment when needed and definitely no push over!" I have watched Master Marcus grow immensely over His time here and as time goes on I am sure we will see Him grow even more... It is something we all do one way or another. We learn things that many of us may not of known.. Weather it is from the wonderful workshops offered and others points of view no matter how much experience we do or do not possess. Him sharing in mine. I hope that your path no matter where it leads you is as enlightening to you as you have been to me and others that you have touched here. I am thankful our paths crossed here no matter how brief or how long it lasts. It is an honor to know you and I congratulate you on your accomplishments!
In closing I wish a special thank you to Maître Rene and the rest of the staff here for what you provide the rest of us here. It’s a wonderful community with many great people in it that everyone contributes to in their own ways... I ♥ you A/all, Aisha.
Master Marcus took his stand and began, a warm and heartfelt thanks to Kurt, Aisha, and Vette for sharing your thoughts and feelings...I am blessed by your friendship and humbled by your generous praise. Every task on the Roissy Val d'Oise path from Dominant to Master involves interaction with other members of our community. The wearing of this ring is not something I accomplished, it is something we, as a community accomplished. This community trained and molded me, ensured I was well versed in our foundation of Safe, Sane, Consensual practices, improved my role play, strengthened my abilities and built my confidence as a dominant.
In giving thanks, I must start with the one who makes this entire community possible. Without Rene, none of us would be here today. His vision, dedication, and ongoing commitment and support for this wonderful home for our family is the foundation on which we exist. Please join me in applauding Rene, our leader and proprietor!

Master Marcus continued on, Next I must thank the folks I see working tirelessly on the sim, day in and day out, to keep our home beautiful and running smoothly. Chronos, Vette, and Khloe working in lockstep with Rene and giving of themselves fully to our community. You may not even realize the amount of activity that happens behind the scenes, and many help to keep it going, but these 3 deserve special recognition--thank you for your dedication and service.
Just a few more people to thank before its margarita time! I have a special thanks to my good friend chme, who got me started in the lifestyle and introduced me to this sim. Thank you to the dominants, for leading by example and giving me advice and guidance--especially to Chronos, Kurt, Loki and CaroleAnne. It's an honor to know you all and share in the community with you. Thank you to the submissives, for without you, there could be no dominant. Your gift of submission is the most treasured one, and we must never forget that. A special thanks to punkin and lessa for bringing me back home and giving me a lap to rest on when I needed nurturing when times got rough. And to Aisha for her amazing friendship and support. I also give a heartfelt thanks to Vette, for her guidance and the special bond we share from our time together here.
To me, the connections we make in this community interacting with others are the most important. I have made many connections here on different levels, and I treasure each one. I look forward to expanding and exploring each of them, and continuing to make new ones, to feel closer to each of you.
In closing, thanks again to all my friends for celebrating with us on this special day. It is my privilege to know you all! I now turn the floor back over to Chronos.
Maître Chronos stood before dismissing and inviting every to a celebration dance.
