Master Ceremony NH Allen

Today we celebrate Master NH Allen in receiving the accolaid of Roissy Val d'Oise Master. The following speeches were said on his behalf.
Maitre Thomas
"Welcome all my friends and a hearty thank you for joining us this evening as we celebrate the work that NH Allen has completed on his journey to achieving his full Master tag, and as he joins the ranks of the many fine Masters of Roissy Val D'Oise."
"NH came to me with his almost completed Dom log from the previous Dom Supervisor. We quickly and easily worked out the details for his path to finish. His workshop was very innovative and helped discuss new ideas for our family.
"After applicants receive their Dominant tag and begin work on their log of task, it is much like any other journey where one seeks to learn and complete work and yet learn a great deal about themselves and the others around them. They find the others around them, both Dominants and submissives alike teaching one another from their store of wisdom.
"At Roissy Val d'Oise, we believe that being a Master of the Chateau is an achievement to be earned. We ask our Dominants to demonstrate their diligence in learning about our culture here at VdO and BDSM in general, to express their knowledge and understanding of critical components in this lifestyle, and to exhibit skill in building creative, enjoyable and erotic scenes with the submissive women in our community.
"Not everyone who begins this journey completes it. Those who do complete it do so because they don't give up, they keep moving forward. Many come here looking for a chance to have RP; most who make it through to earn their Master's tag discover much more than that."
"They discover a chance to learn, or re-learn about themselves and about BDSM in a warm, encouraging, growing community that takes it's heart from the Story of O.
"Tonight we're here to celebrate one of our own who has done the work, fulfilled his requirements and given of his time and energy to reach this achievement.
"NH , has turned in his log, and successfully completed his final task, so tonight we are here to celebrate what he has accomplished in his time here and his commitment to roleplay, and to welcome him to the exclusive ranks of the Masters of the Chateau."

" Thanks to each of you for being here today and showing your support as NH crosses over to Master. Thanks fo supporting the sim and making it a place to enjoy. Today is NH's day, this day is about him and what he has accomplished and the knowledge he has gained and the knowledge he has shared. It is always an honor to be able to bestow the title of Master upon a dominate that has been dedicated to achieve his journey. It is not always a simple thing to accomplish, there can be many stumbling blocks along the way. Even reaching this phase does not mean a journey is over. It is only the beginning.
"The journey is one like many others. Whether it be graduating from school, college, or any other accomplishment. It is one that takes great effort, so we commend NH this evening.
"Many of you have been celebrated in the past, and i see many more who will have their special day in the future. Our community depends on all of you working together.
"Former CEO of General Electric , Jack Welch, stated "Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others."
"Today NH you are the latter. Heartiest congratulations on your splendid success and accomplishment."

"I remember, as if it were yesterday, the first time I met Master NH. He were new to the sim, but immediately could tell he were very familiar with the lifestyle. I spent many hours with him over the next few days showing him how various things worked, trying so hard not to top. But am pleased to say he would not let me, he fully understood that I were assisting him with the various poseballs. Was very hard to keep 'clinical' at times.
"But we did have a little in character practise along the paths of teaching. I were so very honoured, proud that I were chosen to be his task sister. My first since obtaining my own ring. I were both nervous, rather apprehensive but he guided me and I felt totally at ease before the final scene occurred.
"Master NH had pre-planned the whole task taking time to discuss it with me, for my input. This was over a period of several days. It were a pleasant time and excitement brewed as the whole scenario unfolded. It pushed both our limits and roleplay was quite intense. He guided me through it by using certain prompts in IM to allow the scene to flow and never forgetting to ask how I was feeling.
"For aftercare he carried me to the Dungeon, for privacy, so we were not interrupted. It were just him and I there. He were gentle, kind and allowed me to 'come down' from the scene without any urgency for us to finish that part. It felt good, natural.
"I enjoyed immensely my first scene as a sister being chosen for a Dominant's final task and performing it with a Dominant that I am proud to call a friend, made it even more memorable and special.
"It is with complete sincerity and humbleness that I recommend Master NH to be fully deserving to receive his Master's ring. He has a natural caring tendency and will enrich, nurture new dominants and submissives in their paths. I know he will be a true asset in his new role as a VdO Master.
"Congratulations to you Master NH!"
Master Taylor
" We are here to celebrate this accomplishment by my brother NH. Today NH gets his much deserved Masters ring. Any other time when asked to speak for a Dominant, I would ask around, getting opinions or input. I didn't have to with NH. I feel I know him well.
"I was about a week or two ahead of him arriving here at VdO, so we learned together, sometimes even learning from his, er, I mean, our mistakes. Funny thing between me and NH, there is a small language barrier, I have to be careful in using my sarcastic humor or slang, I will crack what I feel is a fab one liner and he will look at me as if I had three heads."
He looks over at NH then back at the crowd, "See, just like he is doing right now.
"When NH first got here, he worked himself into the environment the right way. He took his time, got to know the people, read all the material, attended the workshops and made a place for himself here.
"He wasn't one of those 'I already know it all' Dominants that all of us have seen from time to time.
"At one point I did form the opinion that NH was, uhm, shall we say, a bit vanilla................ish. But, soon after that, he came to me and asked if I would sit in on a RP for his log. He told me the central theme would be knife play."
'WHAT!!!??? KNIFE PLAY!!!!???' Really NH???!!!Really???!!!................................At this point vanilla flew straight out the window.
" The scene turned out to be very creative. It was a scene between NH, Juliette and Rina." Nods to the crowd, "Very well put together and lead by my man NH."
NH smiles
"It shouldn't have been surprising, he has always taken great time and preparation when working with the Debutantes on chore RP's."
Juliette smiles softly, remembering
"His mind works in ways that i only wish mine could at times........and sometimes not.
"In closing let me say this, NH is worthy, he is a good man and good for U/us. He cares for the people around him. He cares for this sim and will be a great leader and an asset to A/all. And one more thing.....................
"There was a little bit of investigative work done, now it wasn't said to me in exact words, I just kind of drew my own conclusions. NH is felt to be , by the girls, the SECOND most handsome and well dressed Man on the sim, And just like me, he has virtually no ego.
"Good job brother!"
MASTER NH ALLEN'S WORDS
Master NH Allen stands again from his chair.....feeling touched by the moment and the speeches.....clears his throat...clears it again and ooks around and feels humble as he speaks up.
"I have so many to say thank you for helping me to where i am today".....taking another look at his new tag, looking into his dom log... "Wendi and lisbeth for some very interesting discussions about the use of safewords and the impact of different tools...
"jules, carey and tessa for helping me with my deb chores, which were so funny that we spent more time laughing than it took to do the chore itself."

"Not rina and jules themselves but the rl impact it had on both of them. Also thank you to rina, nara, nica, kely and wyndi for helping me with non-sexual/sexual punishment scenes, without all these lovely subs i wouldnt stand here today."....looks at everyone of them
"Also, thank you, vette, for your excellent workshops. When i came here back in august, i regarded myself as pretty experienced after 6 years in this lifestyle, but following the workshops here at vdo, in particular vettes, made me realize that i still have much to learn, and thank you to Thomas for helping me with the last few steps towards this title, but there are also others to say thank you to.....when i came here back in August, I landed in the middle of an amazing community. I met only friendly and polite people..... and I can add adult and intelligent too....far above the average in sl.
"Another thing to mention is, that before I came here, I seldom spoke to other doms.... I regarded them as competitors." ... smiles... "But here at vdo i learned to regard them as friends and family members...which also have been a great experience for me, I have developed some great friendships here.... friendships I appreciate very much.
"There are 2 here at VdO I would like to emphasize on this day... Rene and Rina!!!! Rene for being my mentor and for kicking me when I felt stuck and also for his amazing gift to us all.... this sim, and the concept he has created, based on the story of O, but also how to keep us all busy with challenges on top of the concept.....my deepest compliments to Rene." ...turns towards rina and smiles... "And thanks to rina for hiding here when I arrived and not somewhere else... it took me only 6 years to find you. I have punished her several time for hiding from me all these years" ...smiles.... "and im not finished yet!
"Let me end this speech by saying that I hope I can add some value to this amazing sim in the future." ...makes a gesture towards Thomas... "Thank you Thomas."
