Gillian turns to Najah giving her a tight warm hug..." You look breathtaking, take a deep breath, relax and enjoy your graduation"and with a smile, Gillian removes the demoiselles simple black top revealing her luscious breasts and the two submissives hug gently. Gillian turns and leads a leashed Najah , now clad in a deep maroon corset and simple but elegant white lace skirt, up the stairs and down the walkway to where the ceremony will begin.
Rising and facing those gathered, Xanadu, adjointe de Samois, addresses the group, "Honored guests, Welcome all to this joyous event for today as we come together to witness the Graduation of Demoiselle Najah”. “Soon”, she pauses with a smile “Demoiselle Najah will join the exclusive ranks of the Roissy Val d'Oise Sisterhood, and will continue to serve our Dominants and serve the community." She then turns to Maitre Thomas and invites him to give the formal welcome.
W E L C O M I N G D O M I N A N T
Maitre Thomas stands, brushes off the laggy dust from my slacks and nods to her, speaking clearly and smiling as he looks to the crowd he begins “"loyal Members and Guests, we are gathered here today for one of our oldest and most treasured traditions at Roissy Val d'Oise." Slipping his hands his suit pockets speaking with a firm clear voice he continues, "The sister graduation is the cumulation of persistent and hard work with many tasks both fun and arduous."Najah's, graduation means quite a lot to her and to all of our family who watched her grow as a result of her training here." With a turn and smile to the lovely demoiselle kneeling on the cushion he adds playfully "I think she is just a little excited".
Maitre Thomas continues with a warm smile "Today is a very special day for her as she graduates from Demoiselle Najah to Sister Najah a significant milestone both for her and the community. We are all proud of Najah and she has been teased all week about this...so truly this is her moment, and I am glad all of us are here to celebrate with her today. Najah has done what she set out to do upon joining Roissy. She has found a home."
"The community should always rejoice that a new Sister has joined us, and especially one who has embraced Roissy so well as Najah. She has supported Roissy in many ways, of note she has been a great host to many dance events."

Gillian rises to her feet gracefully smoothing down her skirts a smile to those on stage then smiling to everyone in the audience. After greeting all in attendance she clears her voice and begins “welcome to Everyone present here today to celebrate Demoiselle Najah's accomplishments on her path Najah is not a name i am familiar with so i looked up the meaning, I found two meanings ...success and winner. That is what Najah achieved and lived up to the meaning of her name, she succeeded in finishing the path to receive her sister tag. She is not only successful or a winner , she is graceful, a true friend and empathetic towards others."
"Congratulations Najah, a truly well deserved tag, this is where the next phase of your journey starts, stay true to yourself, continue on your journey of self discovery, connect with others, listen and learn, there will be failures, triumphs, loses and gains. Smilin to Najah, Gillian continues “I know you will be an excellent mentor to future submissives joining us here a true example of a Roissy sister."
Gillian gives her a warm smile winks then returns to my cushion sinking back down gracefully.
R E C O M M E N D A T I O N
Maitre Sting speaks next as the Maitre who was responsible for Najah’s final. Rising from his chair and smoothing his jacket as he clears his voice he begins "I will present my recommendation for Najah today for this ceremony where she will get her sister tag. When I meet her for the first time, it was when she did ask me to do the Final with me."
“My hope was to help her to grow up and to make her understand the deep submission. Thank you Najah for her trust in me for this hard task which is a special scene more important than the initiation.”
"I did understand she had some limits about a kink and it was hard to her to give satisfaction in this. She got a punishment, because she refused it but finally she did accept then it was not too hard.
"For discipline she did understood why she was getting the punishment. Then she gave her body to please in all ways and for this she get an anal plug. Spanked and whipped, she forgot the unpleasant side of the plug.Najah did bondage and suspension to be all at the mercy of her dominant. She was gagged, this to control her anger and not be too rebel. The gag in the mouth helped her and the set of knives showed her how to control herself. Maitre Thomas sits back in my chair thinking and reflecting on the comments and recommendations, rubbing my chin, on what I have heard today before confirming
Najah stands on shaky legs, moving over to the cushion and kneeling
Maitre Thomas looks at the Demoiselle before him, then looks along the platform recalling all of their supportive words. Looking out towards the gathered community, friends and family, feeling very proud to be a part of this wonderful famille of Roissy Val d’ Oise.
Maitre Thomas reaches into his pocket searching for the piece of neatly folded but worn linen stationery, where he has taken notes on different occasions along her journey. Smiles looking toward all the Debutantes and Demoiselles and says, "you see Submissives, I do take notes. For some of you..more notes than others I might add."
With a twinkle in his eyes he begins to speak “You see here before you .... a submissive woman, one who has honored her path. She was accepted into the House of Samois on January 14, 2020, as Debutante Najah.
"She then progressed and moved on to the time of her Initiation on March 20th , where she served and was opened by Dominants of Chateau Roissy Val d’Oise and became known as Demoiselle Najah.
"Her journey continued as she traveled along wanting to learn and absorb. On April 25th she presented an awesome workshop titled *Path Through Submission* She continued next with her well planned Sister Event as she presented 'The Queens Lair; on May 17th.
"Najah’s Final task was a test of her Submission based upon her strengths and weaknesses. The Adjointe de Samois Xanadu received a notice from Sting of his favorable recommendation and that all was completed verifying she was worthy of Sisterhood.
"Now today she kneels before us on June 14th, 2020, to receive what she had committed herself too, the giving of her submission, today she will have bestowed upon her the VDO sister ring and title of Sister. You have heard about her journey and her commitment that has brought her today. Here is a true inspiration for those who still have to complete their journey”
Maitre Thomas leans slightly forward and as he takes Demoiselle Najah's hand as he digs deep into his pockets searching for the ring before finding the correct one, with a confident smile, I pull the Roissy Sister Ring out, inspects it closely seeing the gleaming golden ring sparkle and places it onto Demoiselle Najah's finger crouching forward as he speaks softly to her, “Congratulations Najah you will inspire many.”
Najah replies joyfully “Thank you SO much Maitre Thomas!!!” She stares at the ring on her finger
The crowd cheers to congratulate Najah on her new title as a Sister of Roissy.

Xanadu smiles .. "Sister Najah, please stand and take a moment to speak to all your family friends and guests assembled here today."
Najah stands...looking out at everyone gathered
"Well, it feels like this day has been a long long time coming, which I know, many of you can relate to this. It may feel that some of your tasks are redundant, and you have no idea why you are doing them. Trust me, at the end it all becomes clear, everything just seems to gel together. It's all baby steps you take, to reach that goal, for me, it was to become Sister. There is no rush to it, but to take your time, picking up the gems that you learn along the way.
"One thing for me that has become blazingly apparent, is something I read the other day..' Life is good when you are happy, but much better when other people are happy because of you.'
"For me, this epitomizes my attitude in Roissy from the first time I set my foot in here. There are countless personalities you encounter here. Some you may not develop as close a relationship than with others, which is normal.
"However, continue to be kind. We are all in this together, and every single situation that may arise is something that can be a learning experience, good or bad. The road from Deb to Dem and now Sister has been quite an eventful one. Its been filled with frustrations and anxiety, Alright maybe..more anxiety than I would have liked, but also the best of times, since thru these, I've learned about me...the good, the bad, and the ugly!
"My event, 'The Queens Lair' was the best! I had so much help from everyone, I learned thats what makes it what it is, coming together and working together with others. Finding out what sisterhood TRULY is. And for that I cant thank each of you enough, every sister and every Dom, from the bottom of my heart, you have all brought me where I am today!
"Next to my final!!! Yes, THREE exclamation points. I had thought, it was just another step...another log..but I was very wrong. Its the culmination of everything. The planning, that needs to be involved in it, discussions about it, and understanding who you are working with. Then, the purpose behind it. No, it wasnt easy, you are held up to your own mirror, your flaws, shortcomings, but also the best parts of yourself all come together. And the not so great parts, for me anyway, was like a slap in the face, a wake up, to make amends. Does this mean that now I see things..I'm perfect ..nooooo. But I can see them..well sometimes I do still need them pointed out, but, I do see them even quicker."
"In closing, I want to thank Maitre Rene for providing Roissy for all of us, or none of us would be here! Maitre Thomas, for his guidance, and encouraging words, Xana, for her support and love, you are truly an angel for all your patience, and unfailing direction.
"Maitre Sting for his ability to help me with my final. Your unrelenting purpose, in helping me understand, to bring it all together during the final, I cant thank you enough!!
"Master Pontus, who has shown the true meaning of ultimate patience. Its not easy to help a sub focus, be the best she can be, and accepting those shortcomings..smiles. But, you have, unwaveringly, thank you Master!"
Najah: returns to the cushion and lifted my head turning to smile to Master Pontus then redirects my attention to Xana.

Xanadu stands and turns to Najha .. “Thank you for your words and I know each word was written with sincerity from your heart. Knowing you .. your heart is beating in rhythm of each word that's been spoken here today .. it has indeed been my pleasure to get to know you better these past few months .. so now .. I now ask that you to please take your place before Maitre Sting again ."
Xanadu turns to those gathered and begins to speak " It is said when we are interviewed that this is "Your path and it is traveled in our own time span" A lot of this depends on the participation and activities in the community allowing one to advance and achieve titles quicker then others ... " smiles to najah
"The paths to Sisterhood or to becoming a Master are done with the thoughts not only for ourselves but the others in the community. Our paths are done in service to the community while we grow. Many come to VdO both previously with experience and many without .. just simply wanting to be educated further in the lifestyle practices and to learn safely.
"I feel that Najah has excelled in her submissive excellence from what as we have heard from Maitre Sting's recommendation and from the growth I have seen in her since joining here . Najah is a very sensitive and detailed oriented person who sometimes tips on the verge of over doing . As many others of the community are .. she is quiet and her shyness was quite apparent when we met. I can say that I truly feel she has been and will continue to be one we can depend on in our community to help us grow.
"The Finals we participate in are inclusive of the teachings we receive here at Roissy .. allowing us to realize our growth since joining and beginning our respective paths. They may seem at times a bit hard.. but in the end your core submission blossoms in the answer to this." smiles at her .. I know hers was a challenge as well.
"An existential part of becoming a Sister is the time spent actively in our community .. and to work for the betterment . At times our real life restricts our intentions here .. but with commitment it can be overcome. Working for our community is done earnestly and without special recognition or rewards. Having the desire to help others grow .. while continually serving in whatever way we can .. this is the reward we offer to Maitre Rene .. our commitment."
"We are fortunate to have this amazing community .. Maitre Rene has offered this to us to safely learn the ins and outs of BDSM and all he asks in return is for your presence here and to do your part to keep it growing and flourishing."
Xanadu looks to those in the audience .. "I remind yall that our Mentoring Dominants and Sisters have a large part of this as they provide and assist through .. their guidance and support of their mentees on their paths.. as well as help others when asked."
"Our Mentors enhance the path for their mentees while gently assisting as needed. Their presence here in the community is needed as they spend time with their mentees while they travel through their needed tasks ."
"I was present at Najah's *Path Through Submission* Workshop .. which I feel made the conscious connection to everyone as she shared her personals with us .. and also for her well planned *Queens Lair* Sister Event .. needless to say both were enjoyed.. winking to Najah where she was Queen for the Event .
"As told to us with Maitre Sting's very favorable recommendation .. today Najah's has been elevated to the status of an " Honored .. Roissy Vdo Sister on her own merits . Once graduated .. Sisters continue to assist others in our community on their paths .. as well as the usual touring hosting and presentation of various workshops. For this .. I sincerely thank yall .. Xanadu turns to Maitre Thomas .. “Once again, through you to Maitre Rene, we thank you for your generosity and the gift given us daily, this wonderful community where we are free to learn and discover our inner selves safely."
Turning back to the gathered members "To our Submissives, we personally thank each of you for your continued support. Please remember we never have to pursue anything here by ourselves for we are a team. Each of you are special to me and I am here for you .. but above all yall are very important to the success of VdO.

Maitre Thomas walks over to the chilling champagne, a label especially for Najah. As he opens the of Taittinger Brut Prestige Rose, silently hoping the carpet will recover from the geyser, he just released as he pours Najah a full flute of Tattinger, and one for himself he clinks his glass with hers and smiles, "Congratulations, Najah"
Najah looks up to him and takes it into my hand "..thank you Maitre Thomas!!!" feeling the bubbles tickle my nose
Maitre Thomas smiles and turns, raises my glass and speaks, "Come everyone and raise your glass with me in congratulating and welcoming Najah into the sisterhood here at Roissy Val d'Oise. This is a time for you to reflect and celebrate your past, present and future. A time to rejoice and celebrate. Najah , it is with honor to call you a Sister of Roissy Val d’ Oise. I encourage each of us as members to take a look deep inside ourselves, be the example setters for others as we lead and guide. "
Closing the ceremony Maitre Thomas extends an invitation to all “Please join us in the Ballroom for Sister Najah's Graduation party with our Dj Sadie at the celebration dance following our ceremony.”
