Xanadu waited as the last few people in the huge crowd found their seats. She looked out over the sea of faces and called, "Samois Sister Gillian, please prepare and bring forward our Graduating Demoiselle, Rosa to her place on the cushion near Maitresse Derry."
Gillian turned to Rosa, tugging the bodice of her dress down and revealing her breasts, folding the top neatly at her waist. She smiled at her. Giving her a soft hug, Gillian said, "Well done on your achievements, Rosa."
Rosa felt her breasts being exposed. She hugged Gillian back, whispering, "Thank you."
Rosa followed as Gillian led her up onto the stage and over to the cushion where the two women exchanged another hug. Maitresse Derry watched the lovely graduate sink gracefully onto her knees.
"Maitre Thomas,” Xanadu began, turning from him to face the audience, "Honored guests, welcome all to this joyous event for today as we come together to witness the Graduation of Demoiselle Rosa, who will join the exclusive ranks of the Roissy Val d'Oise Sisterhood as she continues to serve our Dominants."
"It is with some sadness that we bid farewell to Demoiselle Rosa as she leaves her path here in Samois to rejoin the wider Roissy community," Xanadu continued. "Under the direction of the Senior Dominant Supervisor, Thomas, her path will not end. It is ever evolving as she continues to serve and grow in her knowledge."
"This is a happy occasion which has brought us here today. I am able to announce that although the House of Samois loses a Demoiselle today, Roissy Val d'Oise gains a welcomed Sister," Xanadu's proud voice carried as she spoke to the crowd. "As a Sister, she will continue to be actively involved, taking part within the community and being supportive with those of the House of Samois as it is our Sisters who are the Mentors to the our young and striving Debutantes and Demoiselles."
"Our VdO submissives are always welcomed at Samois. It is our home and comfort center should we ever feel the desire or need for time to ourselves," Xanadu said. "The Samois Sisters, Venna and Gillian, and Julie, our Assistant, or myself will be available should you ever need a shoulder to lean on or just a friendly chat."
She then turned to him with a smile and said, "Maitre Thomas, I respectfully invite you to welcome everyone."

Maitre Thomas put down his Starbucks and stood, walking to the front of the stage. He looked to the crowd before he spoke in a ringing tone, "Esteemed and loyal Members and Guests, we are are gathered here today for one of our oldest and most beloved traditions at Roissy Val d'Oise. Through the seven years of Roissy Val d'Oise, I have seen many graduations and I feel that each one is both important to the submissive and the sim as it continues our tradition and legacy."
Slipping his hands in his suit pockets, Maitre Thomas spoke with pride, "The Sister Graduation is the cumulation of persistent and hard work. Rosa's graduation means quite a lot to her and to all of our family who watched her grow in her mission as a result of her training here. Many of the ladies in this crowd have gone through the same path, so this accomplishment is well understood and honored."
"Today is a very special day for her as she graduates from Demoiselle Rosa to Sister Rosa, a significant milestone indeed. We also are thankful and proud that James and Rosa have followed their paths faithfully. Thank you both for your dedication and service to Roissy," Maitre Thomas looked to Rosa and the two exchanged smiles.
"Our submissives are not just 'anyone'. They have graduated from the most complete submissive training path in Second Life. Our Sisters have earned the right to be proud of their accomplishments here. They have also earned the right to help our sim in additional ways once they have completed the journey to VDO Sister," Maitre Thomas concluded before sitting down. "Thank you all."
"Please continue, Xan," Maitre Thomas gestured to Xanadu.
"Maitre Thomas, thank you for your kind and encouraging words regarding Demoiselle Rosa." Xanadu smiled at Venna. "Samois Sister Venna, please welcome everyone on behalf of the House of Samois."

Venna rose, moved away a little from her cushion and gave a little smile as she looked out at the sea of faces. Nervously, she shook the paper her speech was written on to get the creases out as she thanked Xanadu warmly.
Venna began by greeting the dignitaries seated on the stage. "Welcome Maitre, Maitress, Master, 'O and Sisters." Turning to face the audience once more, she smiled, "Welcome to each and everyone of you, Maitres, Maitresses, Masters, Mistresses, Sirs, Misses, Sisters, Dems, Debs, family and friends. Every time I stand here to give the welcome from the House of Samois, I cant help feeling honoured and humbled. So many beautiful submissives have been here before for this 'special day' and seeing so many come to celebrate and support another poised, graceful, and well trained submissive as she reaches Graduation, the pinnacle of all her hard work and commitment, fills my heart with joy."
"Today we celebrate and share in the accomplishments and achievements which Demoiselle Rosa has made on her path to becoming a Sister of Roissy Val d'Oise. Rosa joined us along with her Master, and she has proved to be an inspiration to other Courtisan Demoselles and to all of us. She has worked hard, diligently pursuing her quests and tasks, and has become a firm favourite with many of our wonderful Dominants. She is a great credit to her Master, who has been there to support her should she need it," Venna paused to exchange a smile with the beautiful Rosa kneeling so elegantly on her cushion.
Taking a breath, Venna continued, "Rosa shone at her initiation, indicating that here was a submissive prepared to go the whole way to reach the celebrations we are having today. She strove to be a wonderful submissive and also to grow and learn and make her Master even more proud of her than he already is, if that is possible. She is also a shining example of how Roissy training helps to bring the best out of our Submissives."
"Her workshop, 'Focusing on the Dominant in front of You', reminded us all of who we should be focusing on when we are with a Dominant, for whatever purpose, not just going through the motions. Thank you, Rosa, for reminding us not just of our position, but of our Submission to all of our Dominants," Venna spoke in a clear voice that carried out to the back of the crowd.
"Rosa then went on to bring the sunshine, new life, and mystery into Roissy with her Sister Event, a 'Spring Tux & Lingerie Masked Ball'. So many heavenly bodies and handsome, virile Dominants attended. It was truly a heavenly evening!" Venna sighed, then turned to wink at Rosa, adding with a chuckle, "So much more fun than Torment an Intern Day."
Rosa, Xanadu and Maitresse Derry shared a laugh as Venna continued, "Her very successful event also brought in a great deal of funds for the running of the Sim. We thank you for that also, Rosa."
Venna turned to look at her. "Rosa - A beautiful flower who will continue to shine in our garden, passing on her grace, beauty, poise and commitment to Roissy, to our wonderful Dominants, and to everyone who wishes to join us at the best BDSM place in SL."
"Thank you, everyone, for coming to share in this beautiful submissive's achievements and for showing her how much we appreciate her hard work, determination, devotion and loyalty to our wonderful Dominants and to our community," Venna concluded with a smile for Rosa and the dignitaries sitting on the stage. As she went back to her cushion to kneel, she said, "Thank you, Maitre, Maitresse, for the privilege of being here today."
"Thank you Samois Sister Venna for your gracious welcome from the House of Samois and your encouraging words for Demoiselle Rosa," Xanadu said, turning with a smile to Maitresse Derry. "Maitresse Derry, as Rosa's Finals Maitresse, please present your recommendations for her."

"I will be delighted to speak my recommendation for this lovely girl. Thank you, Xana." Maitresse Derry got up from her chair. She smiled as she scanned the faces in the crowd.
"I'd like to first add my compliment to the things said about the couple who are Master James and Rosa. Their attitudes and activities are the heart of VdO and it shows that courtesan does not necessarily mean off limits." Master James and Rosa smiled at Maitresse's praise.
Maitresse Derry began, "Rosa asked me one day if she could talk to me about some things she was interested in exploring which were limits for her at the time. Of course, I told her yes, and the next time we were both here in the gardens together, I asked her to dance. We talked while we danced, and got to know each other better. Rosa talked about her nervousness regarding certain interactions with a woman during this talk and a couple of others we were able to have over the following weeks."
"I could tell that Rosa did a lot of thinking between those talks because she always came to the next one with some decisions, some questions, and some concerns. We were able to get in tune this way," continued the lovely Maitresse. "I thought this was a very sensible approach, and when it finally came time for Rosa's final, we found that there were a number of limits she was willing to push with me and I pushed them all. I'm sure there were times during that day when this dear girl was sweating, but she carried on in splendid form, always the model of a submissive girl."
Maitresse Derry smiled and gave the kneeling girl a wink. "Don't get me wrong. Rosa is hotter than a firecracker. This was evident in her responses when her Master, James, Sir Damien and I played 'Rosa in the Middle' in the center of the library floor. But, her caution in searching her feelings before trying new things shows me wisdom and patience."
"I think her methods worked very well. I could not have been any more satisfied or more pleased with Rosa's performance that day. And so, it makes me very happy to offer my recommendation that Rosa advance to become a Sister of Roissy Val D'Oise," Maitresse Derry leaned over to hug Rosa's shoulders and kiss her cheek before returning to her seat.
“Thank you, Maitresse Derry, for your wonderful recommendation of advancement for our Rosa," Xanadu said, before going on to explain, "Normally, the Mentoring Sister speaks at this time, but Sister Jaymelie was unable to be with us as she is still on her Vacation."
Turning with a smile for the next speaker, Xanadu said, "Master James, please present your thoughts regarding your Rosa."

"Yes, of course, Xana, thank you." Master James rose and looked out into the crowd of family and friends, clearing his throat as he began, "I want to thank everyone for being here in celebration of Rosa's special day. I also want to thank Maitre Rene for his generosity in providing this wonderful venue for us all to enjoy."
"Most of you here have met Rosa, and I'm sure upon doing so quickly discovered the sweetness of her submissive nature, which precedes her in everything that she does." Master James went on, "I remember when I first met Rosa. For two weeks we had numerous discussions about BDSM, D/s and life in general. She glowed with enthusiasm, and it was obvious that this girl was serious about her submission. Her commitment to submission was immensely clear by every statement and action that she made. One day, after a long discussion, she said to me in that sweet little shy voice.. (Of course we all know that she is ...NOT.....THAT.....SHY)," Master James coughed then chuckled amid laughter while Rosa blushed.
Master James went on. "She said, 'Sir, I would like to be the best submissive that I can be.' I looked at her while thinking about those words, and my instinct told me there was a deeper meaning behind the face value of what I had just heard. Then after a moment, I asked, 'Have you ever read the book, or watched the movie "The Story of O"?' She answered, 'Sir, I believe perhaps a long time ago, but my memory would have to be refreshed.' I then sent her a link of the movie and told her, 'Refresh your memory by watching this movie and get back with me about your thoughts.'
Master James continued his tale, "The very next day she came back to me and exclaimed, 'Sir I have watched the movie and I have given this a lot of thought, and Sir, I want to be like O! And more than that, I would like to be your O if you would consider me worthy.' Pleased with her sincerity and impressed by her eager nature, I responded, 'We will search together for a place, such as that described in the Story. A place that is disciplined, with structure, formality and training. Surely there must be a sim in SL based on the theme of "The Story of O". And so we found Roissy Val d'Oise, joined together and proceeded with our paths."
Maitresse Derry and Rosa shared a grin and a wink.
"Rosa worked tirelessly, online and offline, with her writings and studies. She set goals for herself for accomplishing the many requirements of her logs. She stayed focused, and one by one she completed her tasks and got the hard work done!" Master James explained, "But her logs were not all that she did. All through this process, holding true to her submissive nature to serve to the best of her abilities, she took pride in helping others by offering service regardless if a log was needed."
"You see, first and foremost, Rosa lives by her submissive code! Submission is her inner being, a part of who she is, and a part of her personality. Her steadfast devotion of service to others is testament of this," said Master James proudly. "As a Debutante and Demoiselle, she continuously amazed me with her enthusiasm, creativity, and undying devotion to Roissy Val d'Oise., and her purposes at hand."
"Today Rosa becomes Sister, and duly deserved! Make no mistake everyone, it was through her own hard labors that she has achieved this great honor! True to her natural submissive nature, she is already making plans for her new path. Plans on how she can give more of herself, and contribute to this community that she has come to love and call home," Master James's voice rang with pride.
Turning to her with a smile, Master James said, "Congratulations on a job well done, and a title well earned, Rosa! In grand fashion, you have indeed adhered to your desire to be the best submissive that you can be, and you have succeeded by impressing us all!"
Rosa smiled at her Master with happy tears in her eyes.
"I am very proud of you, Rosa! You have honored me! You have honored yourself! And you have honored Roissy Val d'Oise!" Master James nodded and returned to his seat.
"Thank you for your remarks regarding our Demoiselle Rosa. I know her accomplishments have make you very proud of her." Xanadu turned from Master James to the Master of Ceremony. “Maitre Thomas, you have heard the recommendations of her finals Maitresse Derry and supported by Master James. I respectfully invite you to confer to Demoiselle Rosa the title and the ring of our Sisterhood."

Maitre Thomas gave a thumbs up to Master James, who nodded and smiled back at him.
Maitre Thomas sat back in his chair, thinking and reflecting on the comments and recommendations spoken today before confirming. He smiled to the group and said, "I am always taken aback by all the recommendations." He then indicated to Xanadu his own confirmation to continue with the proceedings with a nod.
Seeing his gesture, Xanadu smiled. "Demoiselle Rosa, come forward please, and kneel before Maitre Thomas."
Hearing the words, Rosa stood and walked to the cushion and knelt in front of Maitre Thomas.
Maitre Thomas looked at Rosa and smiled, recalling all of their supportive words as he often did at these proceedings. He reached into his pocket, searching for the piece of neatly folded but worn linen stationary where he has taken notes on different occasions along her journey. Looking toward all the Debutantes and Demoiselles, he said with a laugh, "You see, Submissives, I do take notes. Some girls get more notes than others, but Rosa's notes are all good, thankfully."
Maitre Thomas began to speak, “You see here before you a submissive woman, one that has honored her path. She was accepted into the House of Samois on July 2, 2018 as a Debutante. She then progressed and moved on to the time of her Initiation, on September 28th, where she served and was opened by Dominants of Chateau Roissy Val D’ Oise and became known as Demoiselle Rosa. Her journey continued as she traveled along, wanting to learn and absorb. On January 25, 2019, Rosa presented an awesome workshop, titled 'Focusing on the Dominant in Front of You', which sparked the interest of many. She continued next with her well planned Sister Event, presenting the 'Spring Tux and Lingerie Masked Ball' on February 8th. Her Final task was a test of her Submission based upon her strengths and weaknesses. The Adjointe de Samois received a notice of recommendation from Derry that all was completed and she was worthy of Sisterhood."
After listing Rosa's accomplishments, Maitre Thomas continued, "Now, today, Rosa kneels before us, on March 29th, to receive what she had committed herself too, the giving of her submission. Today, she will have bestowed upon her the VDO ring and title of Sister. You have heard about her journey and her commitment that has brought her here today. Here is a true inspiration for those who still have to complete their journey.”
Leaning toward Rosa, Maitre Thomas asked, "Are you ready?"
"Yes, Maitre Thomas, I am ready," affirmed Rosa.
Taking Demoiselle Rosa's hand, Maitre Thomas dug deep into his pockets, searching for the ring before finding the correct one. "You would think I could put the ring in a more findable place by now," Maitre Thomas said with a little relief and a confident smile as he found it. He inspected it closely, seeing the gleaming golden ring sparkle as he placed it onto Demoiselle Rosa's finger. Crouching forward, he spoke softly to her, “Congratulations, Rosa. You will inspire many.”
Rosa felt the ring slide onto her hand and smiled with pride.
Feeling very proud himself, Maitre Thomas sat back and turned to instruct Xanadu, "Please, Xanadu, give our newest Sister her rightful tag and let’s welcome her into our Sisterhood here at Roissy Val d'Oise."
Hearing Maitre Thomas' instruction, Xanadu smiled to the kneeling Demoiselle Rosa, then looked toward those assembled, the members and guests, drawing their attention before she spoke, "To be trustworthy, graceful, loyal, humble, obedient, enduring, patient, and to remain submissive no matter how hard that may be; You have shown these qualities. Demoiselle Rosa, no more will you carry that title. Cast it aside and wear this one that I give you at this time. Wear the emblem of Sisterhood with pride as you go out to a new and exciting future in Roissy Val d'Oise. I remind you to always serve with passion and fire, and always from your heart, Sister Rosa."
Xanadu paused to let the new title resonate amongst those assembled before saying, "Congratulations, Sister Rosa, and welcome to our honored Roissy Val d'Oise Sisterhood!"
The new Sister, Rosa, smiled proudly as the congratulations poured in, the many voices making a joyous, thundering noise until Maitre Thomas finally gestured at everyone to quiet down.
"Sister Rosa," invited Xanadu, "Please stand and take a moment to speak to all your family, friends and guests assembled here today."

Rosa took a deep breath, smiling happily as she rose to her feet and turned to look over the assembled crowd. "My speech today has three main themes and I have chosen three key words that I feel describe my thoughts and emotions regarding these stages:
1. Before my path: hopeful
2. During my path: determined
3. Future after today: inspired
"I first came to Roissy with my Master as 'Familie' in June, 2018. I went to a few events, sat in some workshops and started talking to the members here. I am typically a shy and reserved person, especially with those I do not know well, so in the past, I would have never imagined joining a sim such as Roissy," Rosa explained, "But, after a bit of time passed, and the moment came when the words 'Let us join together' were spoken, I thought to myself, 'What's the worst that can happen?' And so, with hope in my heart, I submitted my application and jumped right in."
Rosa took another deep breath before continuing to speak, "Please, let me tell you. Everything GOOD happened."
"My Debutante phase was challenging, not for the actual tasks to complete, but for finding the time to do them. With great determination, I persevered, and I enjoyed the process along the way, learning more about the sim and the lovely community we have here. I even made a few friends. However, I was still very much in my 'shell', so to speak," Rosa continued.
"Fast forward to the day after my Demoiselle Initiation, and I there I was, feeling like I was floating on a cloud until I read what would be required of me to become Sister. Then I came tumbling down back to reality," Rosa laughed softly. "And so, the journey continued. This is where I truly have grown. The D/s lifestyle is not new to me, as many of you know, but I am a strong believer that we never stop learning and exploring. My path has allowed me to feed my submission in a different manner."
"Something started to happen without me even realizing it was happening. Day by day, the layers of my shell came off, one by one. I let myself open up to other members of the community. With joy, determination and fire I gave myself to the Dominants of Roissy, whether in nonsexual or sexual ways. I have made some deep friendships and connections with a few of our Dominants and I hold them close to my heart." Rosa's soft voice carried as she continued.
"I became more confident in myself. I explored new kinks and tried new things throughout my journey as Demoiselle. Some of these things I would have said "NO WAY!" to in the past, but with many open-minded discussions, it came from my inner core that I wanted to try these things. As much as I would like to give details on all my adventures and growth, I must be discrete for this speech. I can tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed a triple penetration on my Finals. Also, not related to my Finals, I have discovered a new use for pumpkins," Rosa chuckled.
Rosa paused a moment, gathering her thoughts before continuing to speak, "I stand in front of you today with an inspired heart. I look forward to my future as a Sister of Roissy, and to give back to the sim in my own way. I look forward to continue to help others with their Paths, to become a mentor myself, to give workshops, and possibly create a new event, if it is approved."
Feeling her heart race, Rosa went on, "And so, here we are today. I stand in front of you now, offering my sincere gratitude to each and everyone of you for being here to share this special moment. Thank you to Maître René for his vision and dream that has made Roissy VdO a unique and successful community and home for all of us. Thank you to Maître Thomas for everything that you do for us. Thank you to the administration for all the hard work and support you provide to the sim. Thanks to all the members of the community, for making us strong. A very special thank you to Xanadu for her support, patience and leadership. We are very lucky to have you as Adjointe de Samois."
At this, Xanadu winked and Rosa winked back before concluding, "Also, thank you to everyone that assisted me with my log tasks. Your support has been tremendously appreciated. And thank you to my Master, for your never-ending support. My journey is far from done. I look forward to the continuation. Thank you!"
S U M M A T I O N
Xanadu stood and turned to face Rosa. "Thank you for your words to me. It has been my pleasure and I know each word was written with sincerity from your heart." She looked at Master James, then back at Rosa, saying, "I can feel the pride Master James has for you. I now ask that you to please take your place before Maitresse Derry again."
Rosa returned to her cushion in front of Maitresse Derry, sharing a high five with her as she passed.
Xanadu addressed the crowd, "Rosa's travels to this point, like many others before her, have been eventful. I will say, for my part, she has been a pleasure to work with. At first meeting, she showed her shyness. Today, she shows me she has over come that and is ready to move forward in our community. Rosa has many talents and I do expect good things from her as a Sister."
"Rosa is a fire ball of energy," Xanadu chuckled. "I think she has more than even she knows what to do with. Not only is she well organized, but she has already begun to show her zeal for VdO by submitting ideas for upcoming events. Plus, she also dj's."
"Many come to VdO with previous experience and many without. Some just simply want to be educated further in the lifestyle practices. Sister Rosa was one who already was knowledgeable in this and was still eager to advance even further," Xanadu continued. "I feel she has shown her submissive excellence from what as we have heard from Maitresse Derry's recommendation and the words of her Master James."
"An existential part of becoming a Sister is the time spent actively in our community, making a commitment to work for the betterment. At times our real life constricts our intentions here, but with commitment it can be overcome," Xanadu explained. "Working for our community is done earnestly without special recognition or rewards. It is having the desire to help others grow while continually serving in whatever way we can."
"We are fortunate to have this amazing community. Maitre Rene has offered this to us to safely learn the ins and outs of BDSM and all he asks in return is for your presence here and to do your part to keep it growing and flourishing," Xanadu looked out at the audience. "I remind y'all that our Mentoring Sisters have a large part of this as they provide their guidance and support of their mentees on their paths. Our Mentors enhance the path for their mentees while gently assisting as needed. I thank Sisters Sweet and Jaymelie for their support and assistance to Rosa while on her path."
Xanadu said, "Once graduated our Sisters are then under the direction of the Senior Dominant Supervisor, Maitre Thomas. Our Sisters continue to assist others in the community on their paths as well as the usual touring and hosting. I sincerely thank y'all for your continued support to the House of Samois in the variety of things you do."
"I was present at Rosa's 'Focusing on the Dominant in Front of You' Workshop, which i feel made the conscious connection that the one you are serving is indeed the one at that moment to obey. I was also present for Rosa's well planned 'Spring Tux and Lingerie Masked Ball' Sister Event where we got to be flirty in our barely theres. Needless to say, both were enjoyed," Xanadu continued. "As told to us with Maitresse Derry's very favorable recommendation, today Rosa has been elevated to the status of an honored Roissy Vdo Sister on her own merits."

Xanadu offered Maitre Thomas a smile and turned once more to face the audience. "First, and primarily, to our Dominants, a sincere thank you to y'all for being here to encourage and help us, and for your patience as we learn. Please continue to show your commitment and dedication as you proudly wear your titles with pride and honor, assisting as you can and upholding your responsibilities, Whether it be touring or simply providing information to others about VdO.
