Xanadu began the ceremony, "It's always a pleasure to get together to witness as one of our members advance. Sister Ciara please bring forward our Graduating Demoiselle Siahnn to her place on the cushion near Maitresse Derry."
Ciara steps close and helps to unclasp the lovely top, gently slipping it free to reveal Siahnn in all her beauty to our family "You are perfect Siahnn.. you got.” and she turns to the waiting family and whispers back to Siahnn, who smiles and winks at Ciara, "boobs out.”
Ciara turns to Siahnn, released her leash, and hugs her, a which time Xana turned and smiles "Maitre Thomas,” then faced the audience, "Honored guests, Welcome all to this joyous event for today as we come together to witness the Graduation of Demoiselle Siahnn, who will join the exclusive ranks of the Roissy Val d'Oise Sisterhood. It is with some sadness that we bid farewell to Demoiselle Siahnn as she leaves her path here in Samois to rejoin the wider Roissy community. Under the direction of the Dominant Supervisor Thomas her path will not end .. as it is ever evolving as she serves and continues to grow. This is a happy occasion which has brought us here today as I am able to announce ... although the House of Samois loses a Demoiselle today .. and Roissy Val d'Oise gains a welcomed Sister. As a Sister she will continue to be actively involved and supportive with those of the House of Samois .. as it is our Sisters who are the Mentors to the young and striving Debutantes and Demoiselles.
"Our VdO submissives are always welcomed at Samois .. as it is our home and comfort center .. should we ever feel this desire or need. The Samois Sisters Venna and Gillian, and Julie our Assistant or myself will be available .. if you ever need a shoulder to lean on or just a friendly chat.” She smiles to him .."Maitre Thomas I respectfully invite you to welcome everyone."

The Maitre stands and smiles, looking to the crowd, "Esteemed, and loyal Members and Guests, we are are gathered here today for one of our oldest and most beloved traditions at Roissy Val d'Oise.” Slipping my hands in my suit pockets speaking with pride, "The sister graduation is the cumulation of persistent and hard work. Siahnn's graduation means quite a lot to her and to all of our family who watched her grow in her mission as a result of her training here.
“Siahnn has hosted several events here at Roissy and is always helpful to everyone. She is reliable, always helpful and a pleasure to work with As the sisters are under my guidance, I look forward to Siahnn helping more here at Roissy.“ He turns and smiles at her, "Today is a very special day for her as she graduates from Demoiselle Siahnn to Sister Siahnn, a significant milestone indeed. You will remember this day with fondness as we all will" and Siahnn smiles up at Maitre Thomas.
Thomas looks to the assemble crowd, speaking and full of pride, "The path of a submissive is never an easy one, but if it were easy anyone could and would do it. The sisters of of sim earn the right to be called "sister" and are not granted a tag on admission like some sims do. Our submissives are not just 'anyone', they have graduated from the most complete submissive training path in second life. Our path has been refined by many years of lessons learned to make it the successful learning path we know today. Our sisters are from the best school in this world of submissive training. You may proceed, Xan.”

“Thank you Xan” ... and Gillian rises to my feet gracefully smoothing down my skirts..smiling to those on stage then smiling to Everyone in the audience. “Greetings Maitres, Maitresse, Masters, Mistresses, Sirs, Misses Members and Guests.
"It is a pleasure and honour to represent the House of Samois and extend a warm welcome to Everyone present here today to celebrate Demoiselle Siahnn's accomplishments on her path.
“I first met Siahnn when she asked me for help with hosting slots for her log, she eventually became one of my permanent hosts, a very accomplished one i might add. I just felt drawn to her the first time i met her. We got along well and even shared in some scenes here in the Chateau .. grins at her and winks. Our timezones have not aways coincided so i think we missed the opportunity to cement our friendship more fully.” and Siahnn whispers, “Awww, love you Gillian!” and Gillian grins back, “love you too, Sia.”
“Siahnn is friendly, has a great sense of humour, a perfectionist in any task that she tackles. She's one of our sim reporters for those who don't know so don't be surprised if she chases after you for a comment about an event. Siahnn, you will soon join the ranks of Sister and i wish you all the best . Your path is never ending as you rediscover different strengths and weaknesses along the way we are ever learning and growing in our sl journey as well as in life. I am always here for you if you ever need me” ..blows her a kiss. “Congratulations Siahnn” ..smiles and returns to my cushion. sinking down gracefully sitting back.

Derry Auer stands with a smile, "I will be most happy to do that. Hello everyone. I'm very happy to be here to speak for Siahnn on her special day and I'm thrilled to see you all here for her as well.
“I was not fortunate enough to engage Sia's service as she performed the tasks of her Deb phase. Time goes by so fast when it's other people's logs, only our own seem to drag on forever. And it was only three weeks for this ambitious girl, but there she was at her initiation and there I was as Maitresse of ceremonies. In retrospect, I would have preferred the protector role with all its perks, but Sia seemed pleased to have me in this role for the occasion. Just that quickly we formed a bond with one another. Later, the lovely Demoiselle asked if I'd scene with her for her log. I assured her I'd be happy to do so but also pointed out that she needed to think about who she might like to ask to do her final with her, since it is preferred that it be a Maitre/sse with whom no previous scenes have been done.
“I hope I didn't influence her decision with that but in any case, Sia decided to wait and we finally arrived at the opportunity to play together for her final. Siahnn was a model submissive in our discussions before the day. She followed my instructions to the letter and leading up to her final she only spoke to me while kneeling, even if the conversation spanned the full expanse of the grid. She continued in the same manner upon arrival to meet me for her final. Sia put her trust in me and I pushed her, starving her for air, electrifying her (literally), delivering pain with devices she'd not felt before, and kinking her up a notch.” and Derry turns to give her a wink
“Through it all, for those four hours or so, Sia was my girl and made me very proud that she was. We are very fortunate to have Siahnn as a Sister of Roissy.” Derry looks over at the girl of the hour and blows her a kiss, "Congratulations sweetie, this is your day and you have earned it!" Siahnn catches it and sends one back. "Couldn't have done it without you, Maitresse."
and Derry returns to her seat with a grin.
“Thank you Maitresse Derry for your wonderful recommendation of advancement for our Siahnn." smiles to Ciara "Sister Ciara please present your thoughts regarding your mentee Siahnn."
M E N T O R ‘ S S P E E C H
Ciara stand gracefully, smoothing my gown... Straightens my shoulders and then turns and steps forward to face the crowd. As i glance at everyone here to support Sia, a smile at her accomplishments spreads over my face. Speaking loudly so that i am heard way at the back i begin in a tone that says how proud i am of her. Throughout Siahnn's path, she has overcome ups and downs with grace and a bold determination to reach her goals. I feel that Roissy is blessed and will continue to feel that blessing... in such a sweet and intelligent young lady as this lovely girl.
"Siahnn has displayed her loyalty to our sim by adhering to the higher standards set for her, meeting the challenges of the submissive path and growing into her place here at Roissy. As a mentor our hope and desire for our mentee is to be there for her as she needs us and to help her through her path, to help guide and advise as needed. To allow her to grow into the submissive that she is going to be, by giving her the tools she needs to succeed but also to step back, give space to grow and always with support. I have to confess that Siahnn has been a joy and a pleasure, always with a positive attitude and desire to be the best she can be. I consider Siahnn not only my mentee but my friend, I can honestly say that I have learned from her as much perhaps, if not more than i have shared with her." … chuckles remembering moments we have shared "Sometimes roles reverse, as we create these connections and lasting relationships with one another, Siahnn has shown she can be counted on, believed in and trusted. I heartily believe there are even more talents to be revealed in Siahnn.”
Ciara takes a breath and continues "Siahnn impressed us all with her Sister event: ‘Winter Theater - Dance Around the World.’ Her creativity and attention to detail showed in her flawless execution of a truly excellent and memorable event. Even under pressure Siahnn displayed grace and strength of character as her vision was revealed to us in Dance and music."
and she glances at Siahnn for a long moment and smiles.. “seeing her as i hope everyone here does, a submissive with a heart of gold and passion to be the best she can be. Siahnn you have earned this title, you deserve this title and Roissy is only enriched by your presence.”
Siahnn wipes at a tear as Ciara then turns my glance to Maitre Thomas to smile then back to the crowd. "I can stand here without concern or any doubt and with the highest conviction say...I recommend Siahnn to be a Sister of Roissy, and i am proud to consider her not only my mentee but my friend and now officially my Sister." follow by a “Love you, Sis!” from Siahnn and a “love you back. You’re one of the best, Siahnn.” from Ciara
Xanadu smiles to Ciara" Thank you for you remarks regarding Demoiselle Siahnn. Maitre Thomas, you have heard the recommendations of Maitresse Derry and supported by her mentoring Sister Ciara. I respectfully invite you to confer to Demoiselle Siahnn the title and the ring of our Sisterhood"
T H E C O N F E R M E N T
Thomas does his famous chin rub and says, "You may proceed, Xan" Hearing his words .. Xanadu then smiles to her .. "Demoiselle Siahnn, come forward please and kneel before Maitre Thomas."
Siahnn smiles, gets up, and moves to the other cushion, kneeling before Maitre Thomas, who
looks at the Demoiselle before him, then along the platform, and thinks Siahann, and Derry could be camouflaged in the snow on the sim, with white dresses. Recalling all of their supportive words, looking out towards the gathered community, friends and family feeling very proud to be a part of this wonderful famille of Roissy Val d’ Oise, I smile and begin, by digging in my suit pocket, searching for the piece of neatly folded but worn linen stationary, where my notes are different occasions along her journey. Smiles looking toward all the Debutantes and Demoiselles and says, "you see Submissives, I do take notes, so beware that your deeds will be spoken of here at your graduation as well."
He begins to speak “You see here before you .... a submissive woman, one that has honored her path. She was accepted into the House of Samois as a Debutante on August 22, 2018. She then progressed and moved on to the time of her Initiation on October 13th , where she served and was opened by Dominants of Chateau Roissy Val D’ Oise and became known as Demoiselle Siahnn. I hope that wasn't a friday, Siahnn.” Siahnn chuckles
"Her journey continued as she traveled along wanting to learn and absorb. On November 24th, Siahnn presented an awesome workshop titled ‘Protocols & Rituals in D/s,’ which sparked the interest of many. She continued along next with her well planned Sister Event as she presented ‘Winter Theater - Dance Around the World’ on December 11, 2018. Her Final task was a test of her Submission based upon her strengths and weaknesses. The Adjointe de Samois Xanadu received a notice of recommendation from Maitresse Derry that all was completed and she was worthy of Sisterhood.
"Now today she kneels before us on February 9th, 2019, to receive what she had committed herself too, the giving of her submission, today she will have bestowed upon her the VDO ring and title of Sister. You have heard about her journey and her commitment that has brought her today. Here is a true inspiration for those who still have to complete their journey. Her submissiveness and friendly demeanor is admirable” He smiles to Siahnn and takes Demoiselle Siahnn’s hand as I dig deep into my pockets searching for the ring before finding the correct one. With a little relief and a confident smile I find it. Thinking I would have put it in the same spot by now. Inspecting it closely seeing the gleaming golden ring sparkle and places it onto Demoiselle Siahnn’s finger, crouching forward as he speaks softly to her, “Congratulations Siahnn you will inspire many.”
Siahnn holds still, feeling the cool metal as the ring slips onto my finger, grinning as I look down at it. "Thank you, Maitre Thomas."
"You are most welcome, you have earned this." and he sits back, taps the arm rest of the chair, turning to Xanadu, "please Xanadu, give our newest Sister her rightful tag and let’s welcome her into our Sisterhood here at Roissy Val d'Oise"
Hearing Maitre Thomas' instruction .. Xanadu smiled to our kneeling Demoiselle Siahnn .. then looks towards those assembled .. our members and guests drawing their attention "To become a Sister of Roissy Val d’ Oise a submissive has to have many qualities, some are as follows: To be Trustworthy, Graceful, Loyal, Humble, Obedient, Enduring, Patient ..... and remain submissive no matter how hard that may be.... You have shown these qualities.
"Demoiselle Siahnn .....No more will you carry that title......Cast it aside and wear this one that I give you at this time...... Wear the emblem of Sisterhood with pride as you go out to a new and exciting future in Roissy Val d'Oise. I remind you to always serve with passion and fire .. and always from your heart. Sister Siahnn ....." and she pauses to let the new title resonate amongst those assembled. (pauses for many cheers) Congratulations Sister Siahnn and welcome to our Honored Roissy Val d'Oise Sisterhood ."
The crowd shouts loud choruses of congratulations, with whistles, hoots, and loud applause.
"Sister Siahnn, please stand and take a moment to speak to all your family friends and guests assembled here today."
S I S T E R ' S S P E E C H
Siahnn grins “thank you!” he looks out at all the people here tonight, eyes meeting each one briefly “If someone had told me back when I stood at the landing debating whether to apply that I'd be standing here as a Sister today… I don't know if I'd have believed them. If I did, I might have run rather than put myself on this path. *smiles* But I'm glad I stayed and stuck with it even when things were outside my comfort zone or I didn't understand them.
“It's been an experience all the way through. I've learned so much, and not just in the classroom. I'd never hosted before coming to Roissy and remember how nervous I was the first time. Now it's one of my favorite things and I look forward to it every week. And no, I'm not hosting my own after party. “ *grins* “Presenting a Workshop was hard but I learned things when writing it, and gained more perspective during the discussion after.
“I built two venues for my Sister Event and had to figure out how to block things smoothly so one would come down in parts, leaving the other. More importantly though, I learned to trust in my friends to help me put on the awesome event that it became. If I had to name each of you who has helped, or is special to me in some way, it would take all night. I hope you know who you are.” she smiles, looking out at the audience before turning with a grin to Ciara. “One person simply has to be mentioned though. Ciara, I can't thank you enough and I couldn't have done this without you. My mentor. Now my Sister. Always my friend..
“I wanted to keep this short, *chuckles* so let me end with a thank you to Maitre Rene for sharing his Roissy with all of us. And to all of you sharing this moment with me tonight, let me say, you've become more than friends. You're family. Thank you. Now, let's party!”

Xanadu stands and turns to Siahnn .. Thank you for your words .. I think this was the second of shortest speeches in my time here at Roissy .. even though .. I know each word were written from your heart and with sincerity. I now ask that you to please take your place before Maitresse Derry again." Siahnn smiles, takes a kneel on the cushion.
"Siahnni's path travels just like many before her has had its twists and turns and ups and down. I will say you she has been a pleasure to work with and with her talents i do expect good things from her as a Sister.
"Many come here not both with previously experience and many with out simply wanting to be educated . Sister Siahnn has shown her submissive excellence as you heard from Maitresse Derry's recommendation. An existential part of becoming a Sister is the time spent actively in our community .. making a commitment to work for the betterment and having the desire to help others grow.
"We are fortunate to have this amazing community which Maitre Rene has offered this to us to safely learn the ins and out of BDSM” .. smiles to Ciara. Siahnn's mentor .. and then to those in the audience .. "I will say that our Mentoring Sisters have a large part of this as well .. through their guidance and support they enhance the path for their mentees while gently assisting as needed. Sisters are under the direction of the Senior Dominant Supervisor Maitre Thomas .. while continuing to assist others in the community on their paths. And for this .. I sincerely thank yall .. for your continued support to the House of Samois."
“I was present at Siahnn's Workshop on ‘Protocols & Rituals in D/s’ .. and also for her well planned ‘Winter Theater - Dance Around the World’ event .. needless to say both were enjoyed. As told to us with Maitresse Derry's very favorable recommendation .. today Siahnn has been elevated to the status of an " Honored .. Roissy Vdo Sister on her own merits." she turns .. "Maitre Thomas .. One again .. Through you to Maitre Rene .. We thank you for your generosity and the gift given us daily .. this wonderful community .. where we are free to learn and discover our inner selves safely." and then turning back to the audience .. "First and primarily to our Dominants .. a sincere thank you to y'all for being here to encourage and help us .. and for your patience as we learn.

“No baby duck champagne jokes, with Sefa not here. We wish her well even if she is not here.with us today. Annie, I have some Dom Perignon for us, I think we shall all kill it together on this momentous occasion.
He walks to Siahnn and gives her a flute "Thank you, Maitre Thomas" she smiles and reaches up for it. and The Maitre clinks glasses with the newest Sister and says, "Congratulations Siahnn, I am proud of you and I know we are all are," "To Saihnn !"
And as the audience toasts her, Thomas declares, ”With the many new approaches to a good start, let us each work together and share ideas. Let us grow as a community as we seek to move forward. My door is always open if you wish to share ideas or just need to talk. " Communication is always the key element for us in our Roissy home. I thank you for sharing in your time and showing support today as Siahnn became a Sister of VdO. Let this be a way for us to share and be closer as a family. As we understand each other better, the stronger we become. No matter what obstacles or challenges we face, if we face them together, we have the strength to succeed." Roissy has been in world for 7 years now, something to be proud of.
