Maitre Dusty stands slowly from my chair facing the gathering of family and friends......."Welcome all my friends and guests and a hearty thank you for joining us this evening as we celebrate the perseverance that Master Mike Meyers has shown to complete his journey and achieve his full Master status.... now joining the ranks of the many fine Masters and Mistresses of Roissy Val D'Oise... . We are honored to have you in our community as we are with the rest of our family here. I know that you will continue the hard work you have demonstrated so far as you continue this next part of your journey in our community."
Master Mike takes the signet and slips on my finger, admiring the coat of arms for a moment before taking Dusty's hand, "Thank you very much Dusty."
They shakes hands vigorously similing, as Maitre Dusty says, "Congratulations Master Mike."

Mistress Ayita
"Thank you Mike, for the introduction for the one who doesn't need one as you say." Winks at him before turning to the crowd. "They say relationships based on extreme circumstances never last." Mike and I met under such a circumstance, after we both stepped up to the plate for our first initiation. Ok so it wasn't quite as extreme as a bus rigged with explosives, but much like Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock we didn't know one another from a bar of soap."
"True, but you got the oscar nominations, I only have Bill and Ted: Go To Hell," says Master Mike, smirking.
Mistress Ayita snorts and laughs. "Only a nomination though, so that makes us both losers." Teases him. "Kidding. I certainly never expected that we would end up standing side by side again -- let alone being asked to speak for him today. Truthfully, after the number of times I sent his workshop back with even the tiniest of suggestions; I thought I would be off his Christmas card list. How he managed to restrain himself from whacking me over the head I have no idea." Grins toward the man of the hour.
"She wouldn't let me write it in crayon," he replies.
"At least I gave you your pen license, no pencil! Geeze this guy, always has a comeback. When I received this invitation, I wondered exactly what I should say on his behalf for such a momentous occasion. I wish I had some funny anecdotes, or even the SL equivalent of embarrassing baby pictures -- but I came up blank. I think this in itself speaks to the kind of man Mike is. He is strong, dependable, worthy of respect and ok, the good looks don't hurt either." Winks at the collection of ladies present.
"In the time I have known Mike, I have come to realize that he has a unique ability to command the respect of both dominants and submissives alike. He establishes himself as a person whom can be trusted, a person who others look up to. I can stand here today with absolute certainty to say that he is a valuable member of this community and well worthy of the Master title which he can now wear with pride.
" I wish him the very best moving forward, and wait with baited breath to see what mischief he gets up to in the future. If I know him at all, I am sure it will involve whips, chains, paddles and too many other things to list here. Congratulations my friend, truly deserved." She smiles warmly to him and then returns to her chair, shoving the spotlight back where it belongs.
Sister Amaya
"I remember when our newest Master Mike arrived to Roissy as an intern. He and I met on the patio of the Chateau. I started a serve with him and he emoted back to me with all of these big flowery 25-cent words that took me by surprise. I was like 'ok, he is a walking dictionary'." giggles
"Not being shy person, as we all know, I went into IM with then intern Mike and said 'wow I am not sure I can compete with, and I may not even understand, such a vocabulary'. He was very sweet and preceded to tell me that he had read the dictionary for fun growing up. I had to laugh in real life at that image of him. Then I became totally relaxed around him. His easy personal response to me made an immediate impression on me, and I so wanted to get to know him better and scene with him more."
"That is when i became so intrigued by this man. He is an amazing role player. Over time I learned how wonderful, creative and sadistic of a man he really is." I look over to Master Mike and wink. "When Master Mike ask me to do his final, I was excited and honored. The scene was as imaginative and ingenious as I had anticipated. He doesn't script out his scenes which gives that delicious element of surprise." I take a long moment to exhale before continuing, remembering the delicious scene in all its exciting glories.
"I want to tell you about a part of this man that maybe some of you are not aware of. Master Mike has this ability to bring out the fears, likes, dislikes, and phobias from a submissive, and help resolve them in a positive direction. He has this way about his persona that relaxes you, allowing you open up. It is a delight to experience this with him."
"I have witnessed this ability of Master Mike's first hand. I have a severe phobia in real life that carries over into second life. I was pleased that I felt comfortable enough to talk to Master Mike about it. He took time with me and even designed one exercise for us to share, exploring my feelings on this severe phobia. What he doesn't realize is that it had truly help me. You see, there was one dominant at Roissy VdO that I would constantly avoid because of my personal phobia. But as a result of the help Master Mike gave me in addressing my feelings on this matter, I was later able to introduce myself to that certain dominant here and even serve him coffee."

Swallows as she turns to glide back down to the cushion smiling softly to him. "If i can find it under this dress" and giggles more. "Oh and I highly recommend him for the title of Master which I thought i did in the speech."
Demoiselle Suzette
Four score and many orgasms ago, a woman came to the freedom continent, conceived in a spirit of exploration and dedicated to the proposition that she would explore her fantasies. A fortnight later in a seedy dive named the CumDome she found a gentleman of substance by the name of Michael Meyers.

Then June 12th otherwise known as the Great Cleaning came about of scrounging all the sex toys out of the furniture of the Chateau Library. At the time Debutante Lexi found Sir Shiner's anal beads, Debutante Melisande found Master Dash's nipple clamps, and in an ingenious twist had the delight of returning the property to their proper owners. I did hear the remainder of the toys did finance the stocking of the bar as a rummage sale was had in the days after.

He worked quickly achieving his Dominant tag by June 18th. He was his still his smooth self "So I have an idea now I have this new tag......". I helped educate him on the etiquette of scening as his initial idea was.." so if it is in local, I could show up with a six pack, some popcorn, one of those webbed lawn chairs wearing cut off shorts and t-shirt that has an arrow pointing down at my junk and says ' I'm with stupid ' ".

Then the day after his new tag, we did have his first scene, a powerful one and was reminded how great a role player he is. He gets to know a submissive and when he does consent to a scene it's going to be a powerful moving experience. We both went into drop and well one gets to know a dominant in a scene and aftercare in ways one won't otherwise.
Something happened that I had not felt as a submissive before. I became calm, accepting and at peace with my role and who I was. It was like I was adrift on a dark storm tossed sea, then through the clouds a light appeared, a guiding light that changed a great many things for me. Master Mike helped me find myself as a submissive, as he shared the insight he has as a skilled Dominant.
Describing him to all of you I would have to fall back to a passage from my youth, he is patient, he is kind, does not envy nor boast, not self seeking or easily angered, keeping no records of wrongs (once disciplined) :) , he protects, trusts and hopes. He can be dark, he is a Sadist, yet he is also the knight, wise, caring, and so very protective. He knows the value that we share with him in our submission.
Dominants….Submissive…..we all show ourselves colored by these concepts, yet they are not all who we are. I have known him at Roissy to be a leader, a protector, a friend, a good ambassador of our community, a teacher as well as a student and a good steward of our debutantes. Master Mike embodies some of our most cherished thoughts as to what a good dominant might be.
This is who I have found Master Mike to be, an individual worthy of his new tag. Fellow submissives if you ever spend time at the pool with Master Mike….wear sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists whereas the rest of my speech has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.
Master Mike's Speech
"Sooooooo someone thinks I'm not going to wear this." As I reach into my jacket and find a tiara and place it on my head, "Well this is my quinciera and Super Sweet Sixteen" I say with a smirk curling my lips. After lots of chuckles from the audience, he takes the tiara off and sets it down softly, on the chair, turning my attention to the crowd once again.
He looks down at my signet, then looking over to Ayita, then Dusty, "So this is like the Wonder Twins ring? Ayita and I touch them together and say 'Wonder Dom powers activate' she gets a cool form of like Sadist or Punisher, and I get the lame shape of Daddy Dom?" I say with a smirk. "Way to show the love there Dusty."

"I want to start by thanking the Admins, first for not kicking me out, and also for being able to maintain the sim and balance so many competing needs, while trying to sift through the logs, seriously I know mine was like the Time-Life book collections, thinking The Old West and How to Fix Your House ones, but the amount of work they perform is amazing. And of course Rene for providing such an amazing space and sharing his vision with the world."
"All frivolity aside, well maybe not, but for the most part...." As I start to unfold the paper and glance down at it, "I do have some people I want to thank." As I glance over to Ayita, "Ayita, yes we were thrown under a bus and Jon was Dennis Hopper to our Keanu and Sandra pairing, we may be equals, but more importantly I appreciate the friendship you bring to the table and the outlook you share. To see how you and Alika have bonded over time has been fun and amazing to watch. To see how you have grown is........amazing to say the least, and I feel lucky to have seen that growth"
"Amaya, I do want to thank you, not only for the time and the amazing roleplay that helped get me to this point, but also the time and effort you place into designing each of my DJ sets, and being a good friend not only to me, but to Suzette and Lexi also. Of course any mention of Amaya would not be complete without mentioning her Master, Barristan, thanks not only for letting Amaya loose on one wild evening, but more importantly for being a stand up guy."
"Ma coeur, we have come a long way since meeting at The Cum Dome, huh?" I say with a bit of a smirk, and scanning the patio "That's right, I'm a bit of a pervert, I can tell from the looks of nonchalance on your faces you're totally taken aback by that" Before turning my gaze back to Suzette, "I am glad that we once again found one another here and our paths have grown, and I look forward to where our paths lead us, the growth we will experience together as time passes and with my collar wrapped about that pretty little neck after you have made Sister and of course Lexi even though she is not here I appreciate all that she brings and does, the fact that she took care of Suze as well as she did, myself and anyone that knows and cares for Suze should be grateful.

Tarrant and Zev, some days I don't know what I would have become if you weren't around to keep me sane and well.....slap me around a bit when it came to picking the wrong girl for the wrong reasons. I know that couldn't have been an easy task with some of the drama driven creatures I've run into on my time in SL. But if it's just talking about idiots in general or going into total wrestling geek out mode with Tarrant, I want to thank you for your warmth and honesty."
"Lastly, but certainly never least, Rust and Hannah. I was always raised with the rule if one is to say something you should answer three questions before saying it: Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind? You have both been the epitome of that, even in those times when I was not. Without that, I know I would not be where I am at today. There are so many things I could say, but I don't think any of them would even begin to show how good of people you are, so I'm just going to leave it at thank you both."
"There are so many others I could thank, but we only have 2 hours and everone was talking soooooooooo much" As I eye Dusty and Ayita suspiciously, "But I'm not forgetting of the likes of Addison, Catrine, Emilee, Meribor, Harley in addition to any other girl I may have driven utterly insane by telling them everything they were doing wrong on a clean or drink serve, or the dominants such as Cal, Harry, Brick, or Dash."
