Maitre René steps up and greets the festive crowd on November 28, 2021, as he lights the traditional Roissy Christmas Tree.
"Good day and Happy Holidays to All.
"I hope everyone has had a wonderful time in Roissy this past year and that today will be another special memory to share in years to come with other in our community. Again i wish every one a very Happy Holiday Season as we look forward to many more.
"At the end I want to add this: Christmas can feel like a lot of work, particularly for mothers. But when you look back on all the Christmases in your life, you'll find you've created family traditions and lasting memories. Those memories, good and bad, are really what help to keep a family together over the long haul
"To continue today's activities please join us in the Roissy Gardens at 11 AM with our own Roissy Dom, Master AK." He smiles, "Thanks everyone."
