Jonathon Carbenell glances about towards all those who have gathered giving a nod to each individual as his eyes passes over them and coughs to clear his voice and begins to speak "I would like to send a warm welcome to all of my friends and family who have joined here today in celebrations to the accomplishments of one of our fine gentlemen Master Stoney Caroline who has completed his journey and has achieved a place amongst the hierarchy of Dominants as a full Master. "

I will be very brief Just a few words regarding why we are here tonight. Good evening to all of our friends gathered here at Val d'Oise. Debutantes, Demoiselles, Sisters, Doms, Masters and Maitres .. It's good to see so many of Stoney's friends and colleagues turn out to share this great event in his progression along the path here at Roissy.
He was unknown to me When Maitre Dusty asked me to mentor this young recruit some 8 months ago back in March. Since that time we have spoken on many an occasion and he has not only become a great mentee but also a close friend and a highly respected colleague. It has been a pleasure to mentor him to this stage.
He has worked tirelessly to reach the point where we now find ourselves. Those of you who attended his workshop will know the effort and dedication that he put in to preparing his well thought out work.
The resultant discussions proving his worth as a Master of our wonderful establishment here. Becoming a Master is not the end of your path by any means Stoney.. It is in fact barely a short way along and I am sure you will continue to learn as you progress further within our community.
Those ladies that know Stoney... from Debutantes to Sisters who have had the pleasure of his company will know what a gentleman he is, and are aware of his dominant presence.
In short .... I am honoured to call him my friend and extremely proud to now see him called Master Stoney.

"Well done Master. Well normally I would be at my antics with cute comments and things but not this time." Takes a deep breath holding it for a moment so to not cry with joy. Master Stoney, wow that title sounds great my friend. Sir Stoney and I met within weeks of coming to Roissy and I remember him asking me to dance. I found this quiet and loving man to be astonishing. We worked on many things together here at Roissy and I have to say it has been thrilling."
"There was this one time where Muffin and I decided to surprise him one day and serve him breakfast in the one of the bedrooms at the Chateau. I was a bit fearful that the man was going to have a heart attack. Needless to say, he put us both in our places and did it very nicely I might add."
I am so fortunate to call him my friend, I have watched him progress from his first day dancing with me to now. He has amazed me in his relentless thirst for knowledge about our community. His confidence has grown with every step of his journey to become the well rounded dominant he is. Sir Stoney's Master workshop was extraordinary. It was well written and well thought out.
When he handed in his log and spoke to me about doing his final I was ecstatic. I felt honored that he would ask me to do it with him. The storyline was so much fun, I was to behave badly, who would guess." chuckles. He teased, pushed and did everything in his power to push my submissiveness in some very delicious ways. The scene was precise and well executed. After several hours or more, I was left feeling exhausted, but in a state of euphoria. I am highly recommending Sir Stoney for the title of Master."

Good Evening Maitres/Maitresses, Masters/Mistresses, Sirs/Misses, and my lovely fellow subs..... (phew.. I hope I didn't miss anyone! I am honored to be here to speak on Master Stoney's behalf... Most here are not aware that Master Stoney and I have been friends for over 2 years.. I was so amazed when he joined our Family.. and then joined the Dominant Path.
We have always been able to talk about what was on our minds, and know the other was truly listening... Which is an excellent trait in a Dominant.. being able to talk to a sub, and to truly listen.
Master Stoney has many Excellent traits. I believe he really cares for the subs he RPs with. He will always ask if they are doing ok, and makes sure their limits are being adhered to. Master Stoney is a gentleman... showing that being a Dominant doesn't mean one has to have a lack of manners. I think it is something most subs find attractive, and even make them more submissive. It is with great pleasure that I see Master Stoney's shiny new ring. Congratulations, my dear Friend.. May you wear that ring with pride!
Master Stoney's Speech
Before coming to VdO I knew nothing about BDSM other than the common myths perpetuated by society. Through ws, rp and the advice of the members of the sim, especially the sisters speaking here today, I have learned enough to complete path assignments and be rewarded with the title of Master. I am very lucky to have met and played with people who willingly share their knowledge, their time and their feelings with me.
I was brought into this sim by Sweet who I knew before she joined Roissy. She has provided context for everything I have done here through advice, role play, friendship, and recorded discussions. She also help me develop an ethic or philosophy that has guided my actions and informed the workshop on pain that I created.
Amaya has been my playmate and friend from the beginning of my time here at Roissy. We came through the program together. She always was flexible, supportive and fun to role play with, sharing experiences within the context of both prescribed and ad hoc scenes. She has helped me expand my circle of friends as well as my perspectives on a variety of types of relationships.
Research for my workshop faithfully represents my approach to relationships and learning about the principles on which the sim is based. I spent a large amount of time talking to subs about their limits and their attitude about pain. This helped me relate to people as individuals and learn the differences between them, a most interesting experience. I want to thank everyone who shared there experiences with me and role played with me. It has been a pleasurable journey and I continue to learn what it means to be a dominant with the help of this family.
Hadaway has had the thankless task of mentoring me despite the fact that our schedules did not gel and he stayed very busy. I want to thank him for sticking with me and helping me through the process.

"Stoney you have come along way and I happy to see you have made it to this point. I remember when I started many years ago, and the hurdles which I had to overcome and they certainly were not easy ones. This is a great mile stone in your life but I encourage you to continue to learn, to keep your mind open to new ideas, new concepts and new opinions. This community and I do not speak of just VdO but I speak of the lifestyle in general is an ever evolving one. A true dominant is one who will never close his mind to new ideas and new ways, and always work to become a better Dominant in his or her own ways. "
