Led by Gillian, Asfridr Verne and her mentor Blue, along with O Aspirantes Alexia and BlueRose, descended the ramp and proceeded on stage, presenting themselves to the key dominants as well as the audience.

"Esteemed Roissy Family, you are here supporting Asfridr as she moves into her new role. This means quite a lot to her and to Roissy as this is an infrequent and special achievement and honor. This honor is the highest one bestowed on our submissives, in Roissy Val d'Oise- that of the role of 'O.'"
"Roissy has not had many that have achieved "O". It is meant to be for a submissive that exemplifies what O is in the Story of O." He shifts his weight to my other foot ashe stands, "Due to my longevity, I have known them all. The qualities of submission, and protocol to everyone Dominant and Submissive alike, with grace, beauty, and willing service to the Dominants.
"Asfridr, I have known since she was a debutante, and I am sure | that I share everyone's sentiments when I say that she always exemplifies kindness and grace." He folds his hands together tightly as he looks out to the crowd, "This is indeed a proud moment for our Roissy family, and Asfridr. Thank you all again for joining us on this wonderful occasion, to celebrate a new "O".

Gillian smiles at Maitre Thomas as i stand smoothing my dress, and Asfridr grins looking up at him feeling his gentle pat.

Gillian stands, "Good morning Maitre Thomas, and those present on the stage" She turns to the assembled guests, "Good morning Maitres, Masters, Sirs and ladies. Thank you all for joining us on this very special day, Maitre Thomas will soon formally announce our newest Roissy O, Asfridr." Smiles and gives her a wink
She turns and looks at Asfridr a warm smile curving my lips,. "To be elevated to this honored position, which is the highest position a submissive can achieve here at Roissy is indeed very special. We have two new O Aspirante's joining us today Alexia and BlueRose, i just have to add that all the O's look stunning today!
"This path takes many months to complete requiring dedication and continued activity at Roissy, it's not a path to be taken lightly and not one that can be rushed. The path can be demanding, time consuming and a lot more involved than the other paths on the sim. Asfridr worked hard on her path despite setbacks in rl which she had to deal with. Despite this she carried on with determination, always friendly and willing to help where needed."
She turns and smiles at Maitre JB, "Maitre JB would you like to say a few words on behalf of Asfridr".

“I would like to take a moment of personal privilege to express my gratitude to all of you for being such a supportive, caring, and respectful community.: Asfridr’s pale eyes light up seeing Maitre JB stand.
“You have shown that respect is not just a word, but a way of life among us. You have respected each other’s individuality and diversity, and guarantee this celebration is possible for every Sister. Thank you for being so amazing. Perhaps the most personal, agonizing, difficult and necessary thing in living is feeling you intimately know and are happy with yourself. The quest is endless, maybe even eternal. In recommending Asfridr as worthy of our recognizing, she is ready to be known by us simply as ‘O’. I am honored to be asked to share my personal, as well as communal consciousness, of her gifts and graces bestowed upon us all over the last seven years she has been here.
“Personally, I am aware as some of you must also be, that Asfridr has been in the virtual community for more than 25 years, and virtually all of those years in one submissive role or another. A distinction we rarely tackle among us is that DMZ between a woman feeling she is slave or submissive and often either, depending. My perception of Asfridr's life and personal accomplishment at VdO is to have achieved deeply in her core a resolution to the angst from floating between these poles of identity in her real life, and in her virtual one as well; a focus that describes her life at VdO. Her path here exhibits resolution in today's recognition.
“As the Story of O demonstrates, that distinction between slave and submissive is very much like all struggles we have knowing ourself, by whatever forces we perceive that divide us. Some highlights in Asfridr's path that revealed this dynamic working in her were: Work Shop on ‘Transitioning from Monogamny to Poly(amory),’ the symbolism found in her Aspirante Event ‘The Escape Room,’ performance in Finals, and a very amiable disposition in helping others. Her Aspirant Final involved two men as masters and superiors, and one women participant who was much more than spectator. Part of her once could have been lover, part of her could have been simply obedient. Asfridr is a romantic, and as she wrote in her Transitioning work shop, ‘…poly is about romantic relationships.’” Asfridr’s cheeks flush actually hearing him say two Maitres did my final
“She went on to characterize poly distinct from polygyny where a woman is little more than property. Here in this Final was evidence that she had moved completely and confidently from a history that swung the scale more heavily on the slave than the submissive. She was here and now the lover of two men, obedient and attentive to both, capable of more. When punished who was she? Slave, Submissive? For Asfridr I concluded that those labels on her life morphed with one other at VdO. Romantic, and in that forged self identity, with her VdO history and experiences, she had arrived finally whole and unexpurgated into the ‘O’ realm, a person well described by ‘allegiant’— a unique matchless level of identity VdO seeks. As an adjective it means ‘loyal’ or ‘faithful’; It can be used to describe a relationship that is bound by duty and obedience because it implies that the people involved are committed to each other and will remain loyal no matter what.
“In this sense, “allegiant” is also romantic, because it requires the deepest level of devotion and promise. This is the woman that is before you. This is the woman I see. This is the woman I through and through recommend as having arrived at being ‘O’ among us; an exhibit of the accession possible for the keenly introspective submissive.

Mid Colman nods and smiles to Gillian .....then turns his head to Asfridr ...before to stand, He takes a long breath .."First of all, I would like to say that I am very proud to be part of this very important ceremony for Roissy. And I'm even more proud that it's for our Asfridr.
"Asfridr is one of my very old friend and probably one of my first at Roissy. I remember that during my first days as a Dom Intern we had long and pleasant conversations together. Throughout my journey then, I would have liked to have had Asfridr be part of my log, but for different reasons it did not happen. So I'm very happy to have been part of this last part in her journey to becoming an O.
[10:35:06] Mid (Midjade Colman): This allowed me to get to know her better, and to appreciate her more.
"The first thing about Asfridr that I greatly appreciate and that I believe every good submissive must have as a skill - is patience. During her Final, Asfridr was always patient with us, both JB and me. We asked her a lot of things, she always answered politely and patiently. She always did her best to answer us in a favorable way. During the planning of the final scene , she worked hard to plan times with all our busy schedules. And, during our scenes she knew how to meet our needs.
and wants. During the scene, she was able to show us her submission and also her desire to submit to us. I really enjoyed her Hawaiian dance. She was able to accept the pain that the cane can cause, even though it was part of her limits.

"Asfridr has been part of Roissy for a very long time. She is always there to serve all the dominants. without any distinction about their tag ..Dom int ...Dom ..Master ...MAitre. With no doubt the scene I shared with her showed that she deserves the title of O. I therefore recommend with great pride that Asfridr be our next O." and he turns his face to Asfirdr with a smile, then nods to Gillian and return to his sit.
She smiles standing up gracefully, "Thank you Maitre Mid for that wonderful recommendation. JBEristic leans to Mid congratulating his astute words, and then Thomas fist bumps Mid as he sits down.
"Maitre Thomas you have heard the recommendatons today to promote Asfridr to Roissy O, and to be held in the highest esteem a submissive can be of Roissy Vald'Oise .. by both our Dominants and submissives. "

Thomas smiles and looks at Asfridr. " Though it has been thought that the end of the road for a Dominant at Roissy Val d’Oise is Maitre/Maitresse. And the end of the road for a submissive is the achievement of the O title... " and he looks out the assembled crowd.."We must all realize there is no end of the road, for each of us is on an endless journey of self-discovery and continual growth."
"Here sits one of our submissives who has come to the end of the Roissy Val d’Oise Submissive Training Path and is receiving the accolade of the O title. She started this O path in March 2018, I remember it well. Asfridr is now the role model to all submissives, behind her selfless serves to the Dominants of Roissy, she is not a submissive who picks and chooses who she serves. Persistence and commitment, mean very much. Do not expect a granted title..earn and be patient is the message to all of us. O ensures others know and respect our rules and guidelines, a mentor to O Asprirantes and other submissives on the sim. O knows how to coordinate and manage events, steps up to the plate to get things done." and he smiles to Bue, "As you have done, Blue, thank you"
He looks at Asfridr, "Come to me Asfridr and remove your Owl Mask."
She steps gently to him and removes her cloak feeling it fall down her naked form before reaching up to the owl mask so happy to be allowed to wear and pulls it from her face setting it to the side as she kneels before him. Thomas smiles at her and to the family. He tTakes her hand in his and looks into her eyes says with conviction, "From this day forth you shall be O." Blue wipes a tear and asfridr smiles to Maitre Thomas with her sweaty hand in his, "Thank you Maitre ... it looks like a halo."
"Let your devotion and loyalty to our home and your community continue unflinchingly, for you are now O." Thomas leads her to the table with champagne. He examines the bottle, "Hmmm the Dom Pérignon 55'. Special Vintage for our new O. " He takes a glass of champagne and turns to the assembled guests,m handling one to O as well. raising his glass high, "my Famille please raise your glass and welcome O into your midst!"
Asfridr takes the glass of champagne inhaling it, and the audience cheers her with unbridled enthusiasm. After a long round of congratulations and banter, the crowds setttles in.

Asfridr Verne smiles looking around, "so happy you could all join together here today to help me celebrate my O graduation that has been a long time coming. I believe for me my Aspirante was the hardest path of them all because it took more time, the path was focusing more on the sim, its surroundings and a different aspect of Roissy. Although it did include many scenes it was more tedious.
"I can promise you if I can do it anyone can accomplish the path if you are interested in putting in many hours of fun, sweat and tears. I never thought I would get through it, but with the help of many of you here today I did and thank you ; I really do appreciate you and your help along the way."
She turns around with a smile on her lips, thinking of Maitre Rene... " First I want to thank you Maitre Rene because without you Roissy would not exist, the O path would not exist and I would not have crossed paths with so many wonderful people including yourself. I am sure that many of us would never have met had it not been for you Maitre Rene and this I want thank from the bottom of my heart for opening your home and your dreams to share with us. You are always my forever friend . “whispers” Thank You Maitre Rene where ever you are i hope you are ok ."
Then she smiles to Maitre Thomas and , to a very special lady, Sadie. " I can not express to you both how much your friendship has meant to me over these past years. I always said from the day I met you both, I hope to find the kind of love that you two share. I truly believe it is a once in a lifetime love. I will always be your greatest cheerleader and know you both can always count on me 110% for anything. My SL life became so much better when I met you both. Maitre Thomas, you are so much more then just a friend to me, you are more a brother that tells me 'like it is' even if I do not want to hear it. And Sadie, as much as I cherish our friendship, you are much more then my friend ; you are my sister deep in my heart. You both hold such a wonderful place in my heart that no one else will ever fill. I love you both to the moon and back." *blows them both a kiss*
She looks over to her dear friend Maitre Mid, " I had the pleasure of meeting you when you first came to Roissy. When I first met you I thought WOW he sure is hot but then I got to know you and there is so much more to you then just HOT. You are kind, you are compassionate, you are truly a vision of perfection (in my eyes anyway) and most of all you are a true Gentleman. You are what the world is missing these days. Thank you Maitre Mid for agreeing to do a part of my final. I know it was crazy at times (whispers) but we did it. Yaaa!!!!!! Maitre Mid, thank you for being a part of my SL life and for being one of the kindest men I have ever met and one of my most dearest and trusted friends. "
Asfridr peeks over to Maitre JB as she lights up. "Maitre JB, we have shared so much together, more so then anyone else on SL. I didn't meet you right away on my journey here at Roissy but when I did we clicked. We shared so many of the same visions on what we wanted at Roissy. I had asked you to do my sister final and was so excited when you said yes which brought us even closer. Somehow we worked out our times and got my sister final done. Maitre JB, after my sister final you became my confident, my lover, my forever friend and so so much more. I knew I wanted you to do my O Final but I was unsure you would be able to due to our times online and your trip to Japan but it worked out.
"I had two of the most amazing Maitres to do my final . Thank you Maitre JB for being the man you are and for being such a bright and loving man in my life. You are one of the smartest men I have ever met in my entire life. You are always so caring and compassionate, and daring! You bring such a confidence where ever you are as well as such creativity and yet very stern when need be. (not that I am complaining). She turns back to her famille and friends and spots Maitre Opie. A smile crosses her full lips. "Maitre Opie I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, without you pushing me to continue on the Aspirante path I honestly do not think I would have made it. You kept telling me to 'go for it ‘As,’ do not give up, you can do this, you believed in me when I didn't believe in myself or believe I could do it. You encouraged me beyond belief.” *smiles* I did it Maitre Opie!!! But like I said, I never would have made it without you by my side guiding me. I could not have asked for such a more wonderful friend, confidant and special Maitre to be a part of my SL life and beyond. Roissy and I are so lucky to have you as a wonderful Maitre of Roissy. *blows him a kiss* love you Maitre Opie Thank you Maitre!!!!!"
Her pale eyes search for the most special Maitresse Derry, lightening up when I see her.. "Maitresse is one of my very closest and dearest friends. Thank you and please thank Lexi as well for always being a constant in my SL life. I have shared so much with you both over the years and I hope to share so much more. If there was one person I could always reach out to it was Maitresse Derry. I remember the day I met you with the truffle on my nose from being punished from Master Dash. We instantly became very close. You have so much wisdom to share and I was the lucky girl with whom you shared so much of it. I love you Maitresse from the the moon and back." Derry Auer grins and sends a kiss back to this very special girl
Asfridr peeks over to Maitre Dom and Mia. "First I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart Maitre Dom for making my announcement of my O Graduation. I can not thank you both enough for being a bright spot in my SL life. Maitre Dom you are so easy on the eyes and so easy to talk to. We have shared many conversations that I will always cherish and keep close. Mia, my friend, When RL took me away for a bit and I came back to see Maitre Dom had collared you I was soooo excited and happy for you both, because in my eyes I couldn't imagine two more loving people being together and deserving the happiness you bring to one another." *hugs you both my forever friends*
Mia beams a wide smile to Asfridr and blows her a kiss
Asfridr looks around for my mentor Annie and her wonderful Maitre Stoney. " Annie if I am not mistaken you told me about Roissy. Thank you my dear friend and mentor. You helped me so much on my path from Deb to Dem to Sister. I knew any time I had questions you were my “go to.” We spent so much time on the why's and how's on the path, the “I am not sure if I can do this,” and you with your wisdom stating “yes you can! (and the reasons) Annie, and Maitre Stoney, I am so honored to call you both my forever friends." *hugs you both tight; and love you*
She smiles over to "O" Blue, my Aspirante mentor. "Blue we did so much for our Aspirante path I know we both never thought it was going to end. *smiles* We both did it. Blue I loved you as my mentor. You had been through the path already and every question, every problem, every discussion I needed you were right there. I could not have asked for a more special woman to be my Mentor. Thank you Blue for being my friend and my mentor." Blue smiles back to Asfridr and blows her a kiss
She now smiles between Kait and Ny, two of my closest and dearest friends. "I am so happy to have two very special friends in you both. Kait, my sister, we have shared so much together, many conversations that never would have ever left my lips had it not been to you. I was so excited when you decided to say yes and be a part of my final. It really did mean so much to me. Ny, you and I have been friends for a long time but I think we grew closer when I returned from a time away after moving. We have shared so so many great conversations and laughs (whispers and secrets too). I am so happy to forever call you both my friends and my sisters."
Asfridr peeks to Gillian. "I want to say a very special thank you for all you do for the sim and for Samois. When you left before it was a sad sad day for Roissy, but when you returned and took over again as Adjointe de Samois it became even better and what it is today, a happier community, you are such an amazing woman and friend to so many here, I just really wanted to thank you " and Gillian smiles warmly , "Thank you O Asfridr"..blows you a kiss
Asfridr smiles when she sees Master Free. "Master you were a "huge" part of my beginning here at Roissy. When we met on another sim we instantly connected and became very close, you came to Roissy, joined and we did our path together. You became master I became sister and you collared me until RL took you away. Master Free you will always hold a very special place in my heart and I am so happy I can always call you my forever friend. "*blows him a kiss*
Asfridr smiles up to the Heavens to my bestie Nite. " I know you are looking down with a smile on your face. We knew from day one of being at Roissy "O" is what we both wanted, and look, my sister, I did it, but not only for me; I did it for BOTH OF US. *smiles* I miss you Nite. There are so many people i want to thank but we would be here all day because in the end so many of you have touched a part of me and helped me along my path. Know I care for you and you have become a part of me at Roissy, and happily, a part of this moment. Thank you."
She smiles turning to look back to Maitre Thomas before kneeling before them.

Thomas refills his champagne flute"Seems words flow better this way"and turns to our new O.. "Thank you O Asfridr, for that wonderful warm heartfelt speech." Turns to face the assembled guests, wanting to share an Asfridr memory
"My earliest memory of Asfridr, is when I asked her, when she as a deb, was she European? Her name is norse, Asfrid..Asfridr. She answered, no she is a Southern Californian valley girl. That started the valley girl jokes between us fellow Californians, and good way to start friendship." She giggles remembering this. He recalls, "She was always from that point .. "For Sure..and Gagged by a Spoon"
"We've come to an important milestone in the history of Roissy Val d'Oise for today is our official O Ceremony. Milestones are important achievements for all of us. In a way, this milestone for our community is like reaching the end of the Story of O book, or movie, though we all know that our Historie d'O story doesn't end but continues on and perhaps down a new path now. Perhaps our new story is that Roissy Val d'Oise becomes a community filled with even more truly trained submissives
"Likewise, Our submissives who come to us from real life will join our community knowing they are entering a small, elite group of other real submissives in virtual, thus gaining a true safe place to open to another aspect of BDSM life. Roissy Val d'Oise can compliment both worlds.
"Congratulations to your attitudes, your authenticity of standing within the soul of real submission and finding your way here to Roissy Val d'Oise" He sips the champagne, considering his next message carefully "Our goal is to perhaps strengthen again some natural boundaries of our BDSM lifestyle here, where the Dominants control the submissives. Let me assure you it is my goal to see that each of you are safe and cared for. That as a BDSM community, we endorse punishment, discipline, submissives being just that submissives, and that our Dominants are Dominants and not bullies or abusers, and that any S&M scenes that occur here are done safely, sanely and consensually."
