Heat. Warm nights and bright sunny days, bikinis, board shorts, surfing and a little kink in betwen, as we take a trip to the beach and beyond.  It's about to get hot in here.  The dances, in order of presentation:

 

Here Comes the Sun

Choreographed by Freyja: "It's summer, it's hot and Life's a beach!  Even while relaxing on the sand, the Roissyettes can wow the crowds with their dancing skills.  This a version of The Beatles summer song, but with a whole lot more Gothic or metal atmosphere for you to enjoy!"

 

Ring of Fire

Choreogrpahed by BlueRose: "Cowboys enticing the cowgirls to join them down into the ring of fire. Sure can heat desires up. Is it the cowboys looks, manly voice or the cowboys hats that heat up the desires of the cowgirls? Or is it the skimpy outfits of the cowgirls that heat up the the lust and fire of the cowboys? or is it the combination of both that bring out the intimate feelings between them. Get ready lets see if they can fire the heat in all of us as we go down, down down into the ring of fire."

 

Smooth

Choreogrpahed by Kally: "Hot. Steamy. Sultry. The kind of summer hot that causes clothes to fall away and a sheen on your flesh to beg for a breeze, or the sensual touch of another ... ... when the incessant thudding of a whirling fan sets the undercurrent for the primal sway of hips that beckon for the heat within to seduce and entice. Choreographer Kally brings us just such a searing dance .... set to the heady Latin summer street sounds of Santana..... cause Baby, it's a hot one!......."

 

 We Were Born For This

Choreogrpahed by Haddlie:  "In the Hoosier State, our summer starts Memorial Day Weekend.  The Parade, the Traditions, the pageantry, the flyover.  When the roar of the engines can be heard for miles away.  The concert in the snake pit, where god know what you will see.  The smell of gas and oil.  The heat of the sun beating down you as you sit in the metal bleachers drinking a beer or two or three or four.  Our summer here, heats up and doesn't stop until the kiss of the bricks, the milk is poured and the fat check to the winner is presented."

 

Love Shack

Choreogrpahed by Ciara: "Love Shack is one of those songs that gets in your head and you find yourself singing along with the radio. Its a great summer ear worm, and totally says beach party.  I grew up in Southern California on sunshine, sunflower seeds, oranges and of course the beach. We didn't have a Love Shack, but we did have bonfires, beer (and those single serve cocktails you could get at the liquor store), lots of great music, fishing off the pier, and playing on the beach. All I can say is sand between your toes and sun on your nose is heaven, sand anywhere else may not be heaven but probably has very good reason to be there. For me, give me one of those really big beach towels.  Cuddling in the dark on the beach is fabulously fun but sand in the wrong places? not so much.

 

Come Dancing

Choreogrpahed by Norma. A look back at the fun summer beach movies of the 1960's where Gidget and Moon Doggie brought their surfboards to the beaches, where Frankie and Annette played Beach Blanket Bingo, and Elvis was busy slicing sand. Come Dancing!


 
Surfin USA

Choreogrpahed by Haddlie:  "Remember jumping into your woodie, your arm around your betty, and driving down to the surf to find your perfect barrel?  Well grab your baggies and tap your toes to this blast from the past.  Yes, even you hodads can tap those toes too!"

 

Heavens on Fire

Choreogrpahed by BlueRose:  "Wow the Heavens are on fire today. The angels are having fun partying in the heavens right now. Can you hear the melody of the tickling of the ivory keys and the sweet stroking of the angels harp with each golden string. Can it get any better than this, watch and see. You maybe pleasantly surprised and brought into the sensations of Heavens on fire. "
